Lisboa Central Hostel Reviews

Great hostel! The staff are kind and friendly, and it has a very welcoming vibe. One potential complaint is lack of toilets/showers. I was there when the hostel was very full, and had to wait for bathrooms a few times. Other than that (small issue) I have nothing but great things to say about Lisboa Central House. Nice facilities, fun and knowledgeable staff and friendly guests. Also, the fruit pancakes are AWESOME!!

Staff went out of their way to assist and offer suggestions. Room was very clean. Location excellent both for the metro and walking to attractions. I am an older traveller and felt welcomed at liboa central hostel. If I get to Lisbon again I will definitely return to this hostel.

The staff of the hostel is very receptive, lovely and efficient. The hostel is clean and organized and it is in a very good location. The soup is really nice also.

This was probably the best hostel I've ever stayed at. The staff were friendly and helpful, the common areas were clean and cozy, and the banana and cinnamon pancakes in the morning were to die for.

This was literally the best hostel I have stayed in! The staff was amazingly nice, even showing what to see in the city on a map when we arrived. Breakfast was included, and even included some wonderful Portuguese pancakes. In the evening, one of the ladies in the hostel makes Portuguese soup for all of the members to try if they would like. The location is pretty centralized, and the hostel is maintained very nicely. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Brilliant hostel. Facilities were excellent, the breakfast was great and the staff were fantastic! Stay here if you are in Lisbon, you won't regret it!

This is the best hostel I have ever stayed in. I automatically felt welcomed and at home. I ended up extending my stay I liked it so much. The staff are so lovely and informative. The place is also extremely clean and safe. The location is great.

Everything was nice!!!the staff were friendly, and the hostel has very nice decor. Pasted on the wall were various kinds of information regarding the city and the other destinations in Portugal, which were very informative. And I must make a special mention of the breakfast--- Home made pancakes for breakfast, i would say one of rare few hostels which would actually make pancakes for its guests every morning, very good. There is also free home made soup!Simple but nice!

The best hostel we have ever been, and I mean all around the world.

I really loved this hostel! Never been in a hostel with an atmosphere that good. It feels really homey, thanks to the really cool and sweet staff. Especially a big thanks to Ana! Everything was really well-cleaned, such as the dorms, bathrooms and kitchen. I also liked the breakfast they had. Location is good, its pretty close to the centre (walking distance). If I'd go to Lisbon again, I would definitely come back to this hostel!

Lisboa Central Hostel was the best hostel of all the other places I stayed at during my Europe trip. The facilities, decoration, arrangement seemed to be very well-thought out. In every hostel I went, I always found at least one thing that could have been easily fixed if someone put some thought in(like insufficient hangers in bathroom, handwash soap, etc). But Lisboa hostel was awesome in every way. The people were very friendly and the 10-bed room was huge by any standard.

Truly an amazing hostel, with genuine warmth and absolutely great staff. You have made me to wholeheartedly subscribe to the motto : " There are no strangers, just friends who have just not met" Many thanks for the great memories :-D Vamsi
