Only one tiny cavil. - the lady was mistaken about exchange facilities at the port, there arent any.

The hostel is a flat walk from the ferry, it is about 8 minutes flat walk to bus and train and it is about 5 minutes to Plaza Alta so it is central for those things. It is gleaming white and kept very clean. It is a family run hostel, Rosa and her brother are both very helpful and friendly and on the roof is a little kitchen and lines for drying laundry. I booked for 3 nights but stayed longer as I wasn't well and Rosa offered to find a doctor if I needed it. I am very happy to recommend it.

Very friendly staff and comfy rooms with own bathroom. The kitchen on the roof is great :)

Had an absolutely wonderful stay in Algeciras thanks to lisboa hostal. Dont hesitate to stay here, señora Rosa is one of the friendliest most helpful ladies you could imagine. Wonderful location in a really nice town

This was the perfect place for an overnight stay on the way to/from Morocco. But Rosie is so wonderful and helpful, she made us all wish we could stay longer! Rooms are spacious and comfortable, conveniently located to the port and the main square. Would definitely recommend it.
