The staff was unpolite and not comunicative. The hostel wasn't clean and the breakfast hadn't as much as they said. You have to pay 5€ deposit to take the key and close your own room's door. I would choose another hostel in my future trip to Lisbon.

My bf and I stayed here for a wknd upon the referral of a friend. The price was great, so we decided to give it a chance. We are both pretty low maintenance people, so we figured it couldnt be too bad. Little did we know! The staff was not very welcoming or energetic, in fact often sleeping on the couchi n the lobby. The room was freezing cold, no heating, and almost no blankets in the room. We didnt see any other guests at all. There were no activities planned. Good location though.
