The location is great, in the building of a train station, and the hostel itself was extremly well equiped, modern and got an open-minded atmosphere. A real area for chilling out after a long day in the streets of Lisboa!

Everything is excellent, first level, even better than many others 3 star hotels.. But if you want a party hostel this is not for you.

Just One negative thing: it gets very warm in the room.

Great location, in the very heart of Lisbon, door-to-door to the entry in the Central Station, but very intimate and comfortable interiors. Didn't like the bathrooms much, a little disorganized, had to open and close many doors to reach the needed, but very clean and comfortable. Beautiful lounge, very comfortable atmosphere, good Kitchen facilities. Definitely recommend!

Brilliant hostel in an ideal location. Staff were really friendly and happy to help with anything. Facilities are all top notch and really modern. My only complaint is that they started playing music quite loudly (loud enough to wake us up) at about 7:30 in the morning which wasn't exactly ideal.

Very good hostel with very friendly staff. They did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. For 8 € you can get a complete dinner incl. wine which was excellent. Sintra tour absolutly recommendable. A big 'Thank you' to Carlos once again. We learned so much about your culture and country. Only an average regarding security because of the not so good working door locking system.

Excellent/ friendly/ helpful staff, beyond my expectations. Hostel bathrooms cleaned twice a day. The rest of hostel was really clean also. . Really great lounge to relax in. Kitchen to cook in was excellent. Really tasty pancakes made from scratch was perfect for breakfast. Quiet. Never heard the train at all. Security superb. Wifi excellent. I would recommend this hostel.

I think this hostel is very nice and the staff was very kind and helpful. The location is great, easy to find, and in a safe area. My only complaint is that the design of the sinks in the bathrooms led to a lot of water being on the bathroom floor and the counters....not that annoying, but it was hard to wash my face at night without getting water everywhere. Also, the layout of the rooms can be tricky to maneuver in the dark. All in all, this is a great place to stay and would recommend it!

Fantastic hostel. One of the best, not only in Lisbon, but in the world. The Sintra tour with Carlos is also amazing. He helped me learn heaps about Portugal in a very short time.

Super Hostel, the staff was very friendly, helpfull, funny and gave us (me&girlfriend) a good feeling in warm ambiance. The Hostel was very clean, also the kitchen with much equipment (pans, pots and spicery). They have every day special offers (citytours, dinner, filmnight, pubcrawl). One of them which was awesome was the SINTRA CITY TOUR with Carlos. He was friendly, really qualified and shared a lot of his knowledge with us. I can recommend this tour and teh hostel for sure.

Top quality hostel - great locations, nice design, equiped kitchen and helpful staff. But note that some rooms have no window but glass walls with the indoor lounge area view only.

Although we only stayed here one night, it was clear from our first impressions of this hostel that its ideal travel accommodation.. The atmosphere is really nice visually and designed so make the space very functional. The communal kitchen is clean and equipped along with the hostel providing a generous breakfast. The hangout area has a variety of seating and entertainment along with billboards explaining what's on each week. The bedrooms are basic, I suggest better luggage storage.
