I really liked this hostel. Locationwise, its a winner. We were so well situated to do a bunch of stuff! Also, the hostel is really comfortable, well equipped, and has a great atmosphere. Its also a great place to meet other travellers. Only complaint is that some of the hostel´s extra options are a bit expensive, and the rooms are quite stuffy. But those are small complaints in the face of such a great hostel!

My first two nights went well; however, my final night was horrible. I was switched to a different room when decided to stay an extra night and shown my bed Once settled in, I left to explore. Someone was sleeping in my bed on my return. There was no compensation for the staff mix up and the staff member from Brazil complained about me in Portuguese the whole time when I said I wouldn't sleep on the couch and would prefer to have a bed made with fresh sheets. The staff is not professional.

Best hostel we have stayed at so far! Perfect location, being walking distance to pretty much all the main parts of town, and within the train station that takes you to Sintra. Great hostel staff and loved the communal dinner at night. The common space is so chilled too. We loved swinging in the double hammock listening to great tunes.

This is an incredible hostel. The location is perfect, on the second floor of a train station right in the city center. It is clean, safe, it has a great common area with a kitchen, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Gilberto and Hugo always said hello to us and asked us how our stay was going. They organized activities and even offered delicious dinners prepared by Maria. This hostel helped make Lisbon one of my favorite cities that I traveled to in Europe. I wouldn't change a thing.

The hostel is situated in a perfect location that allows you to go and visit Lisbon on foot. You can breathe a pleasant homely atmosphere inside and the staff is really lovely and available. Nothing to say about the cleanliness! Rooms, showers and bathrooms are always clean and shiny even if shared! Just a little bit of confusion in the fridge. My sister and I enjoyed a lot this hostel and we highly recommend it to you are going to visit Lisbon and its surroundings.

Amazing place to stay! I have been travelling for 6 months and this is the best hostel I have had the pleasure to stay at. It has everything you need, clean washrooms, well equiped kitchen, comfortable beds, organised knowledgable staff, and of course free wifi. Wish I could have stayed here longer than a week!!

A real gem, very beautiful hostel, wonderfully designed, great facilities but its the staff that really make it, very warm, welcoming crew that really go out of their way to welcome everyone and encourage an incredibly friendly open atmosphere amongst its guests. Definitely recommend if you’re travelling on your own. Thank you for the amazing few days.xxxxx

I had a wonderful stay at this hostel. The staff were friendly and attentive, and made sure all the guests felt well looked after, which meant keeping the noise down after curfew. The vibe was social yet mellow, the facilities were clean and the location couldn't be better, right in the Rossio train station. The free walking tour was also just superb. I really have nothing bad to say about this hostel, they even had noise-reducing shutters on the windows! I would highly recommend a stay here.

Clean toilets, comfortable beds, no athmosphere, staff more interested in American guests for some reason and they were not overly helpful, pub crawl was late starting, there was a barbecue but it it happen in another hostel which we had to walk to, and this ment a 20 minute walk, the barbecue itself was fine and the staff there were a lot better there and they were foreign nationals.

One of the best hostels in Europe! The hostel was very nice and clean, all the staff were super nice and helpful (and there were unlimited pancakes for breakfast!) They also organised pub crawls, jazz nights, walking tours.

This is in general the epithome of what a hostel should be. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is very nice, and is very easy to make friends there, partly thanks to the activites they plan. It is clean and well kept, and in the best possible location in Lisbon. I just had a little problem with the Wi-Fi, but that was a thing with my computer and the staff was willing to help and find solutions. Just one improving suggestion: Add something savory to the breakfast. I definitely recomend it!

This hostel is amazing! I have already told several friends to stay here when they pass through Lisbon. My favorite part of the hostel was the staff and how welcome they made everyone feel. Gilbert even cooked me a special vegetarian dinner one night! If you are hoping to meet people during your time in Lisbon, this is the place to stay!

I had and excellent stay at Lisbon Destination Hostel. I had an amazing experience because of the staff. Gilbert Leo Vasconcelos made my short stay at Lisbon one to never forget. He showed me parts of the city that I never would have saw if it weren't for him. The pub crawl led by him was the most fun I've ever had. Gilbert is a great guy; he took me out to dinner after his shift. Overall, the entire staff is very nice, welcoming, and fun. I highly recommend this hostel.

very nice hostel, interesting location in the Rossio train station. I stayed only for one night, so cannot really rate the atmosphere, seems to be good though. It is a large hostel with > 100 beds. Clever design ideas like the curtain that allows you to get from the rooms to the bathrooms at night in privacy, even if people are still at the bar in the huge open hall/livingroom space. Great shower cabins offer privacy and some room to put your clothes. Staff was a bit hungover at 4 PM :-)
