Staff was really helpful and they speak several languages. They recommended some neat places to have a dinner and to visit during our stay. Group activities are really good, specially fado night. The location couldnt be better because you have the Baixa Chiado station just next to the building and it can be used to go down or uphill. Rooms are well lit and clean. Not very loud even though theres a lot going on outside. The living room is great for resting and kitchen is well equipped.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hostel, it was in a brilliant location, the staff were very friendly and helpful and even though the hostel was full, there was no need to wait for a shower. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The hostel was great! A lot of things were provided for, especially to make meals and it was quite organised. The common area was well decorated in that there was plenty of comfy seats to just lounge on after a long day. The down side was that our room was near the common area and the sound of slippers and shoes just echoed through the corridor and it would be really noisy early in the morning. Besides that, location is great and near many/most attractions and cafes!

I loved Lisbon, and my stay at the poets hostel widely contributed to this feeling. Warm welcome, friendly and open-minded people, good music, poetry here and there. A kind of house abroad. "I would prefer not to" stay in an other place for my next travel in Lisboa.

Really nice and very clean hostel in the centre - just next to Baixa-Chiado metro station and Brasileira Cafe :) Moreover tram 28 goes straight next to the hostel :) Atmosphere, staff, fully equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms - great ! I highly recommend. If I come back to Lisbon in the future, for sure I will stay in Lisbon Poets Hostel.

I had such a good time here. The staff are genuinely wonderful people. Two of them even came with us out to the night district on my birthday!

We came to Lisbon as a group of 6 students and sent an amazing time in poets hostel! The facilities were clean and never too overcrowded. The lounge was very nice to relax and chat. The staff was really friendly all the time! Also the special offers of the hostel were very good. We had traditional dinner there once which was really good and every evening they organised another event as e.g. the game night with beer pong or the cafe crawl. All in all we can really recommend poets hostel!!

The best hostel Ive ever been to (together with the Poets Hostel in Porto)!!! Beautiful, super clean and the location is great! just 5 min away from the city center, the night spot and public transportation. The staff was VERY helpful (thank you Joanna and Pedro!), they showed me how to move around, where to go and gave me the greatest tips! The facilities are excellent: amazing lounge area, big kitchen, computers and wifi. Personal lockers under the beds. Downside: few sockets per room...

Probably the most beautiful hostel I have ever seen. Very sweetly decorated and a huge, cozy living room.

Here is what I have written as telegraphic recommandation. Thanks for all and congratulations for the place. A very nice hostel, breakfast included, very well situated (in the center of Lisbon, 10 seconds from subway station), a nice kitchen and a very nice collective room (with very good-taste decoration), staff very friendly, activities proposed every evening,... If i have to come back to Lisbon, I definitely know where to go.

Happy with my stay, clean and modern hostel, with an imaginative theme. Helpful friendly staff, and well located within the city centre, both for sights, and public transport links..
