Good location and nice staff. Bathroom facilities not so good, you either had hand soap or toilet paper but never both... Staff would provide some though when asked.

We stayed for one night in a triple room. We would have stayed longer if it wasn't the end of our vacation. The nice and clean bathroom is located right on the other side of the corridor. The kitchen has a balcony and is well equipped with all cooking equipment. The hostel also has a comfortable living room to hang out. The staff is kind and helpful. It's a bit of a walk uphill to get to the hostel from either train station. Our experience in this hostel is very good.

Great hostel... very clean, nice kitchen, good location. I booked early and got a really good price.

Great hostel in a bit of a weird location in terms of where all the action is (around Pink st and the centre). The actual area it was in was still lovely though and surrounded by nice bars, restaurants and lookouts so it depends on what you are looking for. The beds were v comfy and the hostel was really clean. I would also commend the kitchen as being one of the best equipped I have seen. The staff were sweet but I would suggest may need to know where an Eng-speaking doctor for their job no!?

Didn't stay there for long. But the wifi didn't work well in the rooms. Plus, the wood lockers were too small and quite old...plus there was no key for the dorms so very poor security. Other than that it was a good hostel.

Hostel was great, a little out the way but great views and something different to the downtown area! Not party hostel, very few people but they were friendly and so were staff. Overall great place in good location would recommend

Perfect location, super nice staff.

Stayed for 4 nights in a fantastic room, had everything we needed in the kitchen and even a balcony to watch the streets below. The location was great, close to the castle and a few local (cheap!) bars and round the corner from a supermarket. The views from the area were spectacular and it was right next to the tram line. The staff were great and helped us planning our days or recommending where to eat. Had a great stay!

This hostel is nice, but it's in Alfama, I needed to walk to the hostel for 15-20 mins. Actually, you can take tram if you want. Overall it's good.

Very nice, bright and friendly but a little bit noisy, due to thin wall and a lot of cars on the street under the windows. Plus nice (and beautiful) staff and open/friendly people who also stayed in the hostel.
