The hotel was clean and the staff was caring.

The receptionist was not well informed. He was not able to get us a cab and he had no idea how we could get to the airport. One should know such things when working in a hotel as a receptionist.

I'm so mad at this motel. The bath faucet wasn't working and there wasn't the heater tap. So I couldn't use them. And there were nobody in the office in the evening. After I pushed the bell 30 times, the host came out. She said, it's working, but if you were true, I couldn't help you. Maintenance is coming next morning. Even she didn't suggest me moving another room. I got cold and I had to stop traveling, When I left, I said again. But she shouted at me. It must be working. How bad..

Very courteous behavior. Being an Indian, I felt delighted to see an Indian owner. Take my word, this hotel is the cheapest and best-located hotel in Anaheim. Good breakfast and luggage storage service too.

Went to go to Disney Land...and this Motel was the perfect place to be. We stayed two nights (seriously, only sleeping in the room) and it is just one block away from the main entrance. No parking hustle! Excellent, if you want to go to Disneyland or California Adventure!

The price was 25% higher than it said on Hostelworld. My room key didn't work when I tried it, and the owner came up to look and said "Oh yeah, we need to change that lock." When I asked for a different room, he said none were available, even though he'd given me a different room before he realized I had a reservation. So every time I wanted to get into my room, I had to find the owner and ask him to let me in. Oh, and the shower simply didn't work. No water at all. Stay somewhere else!
