Something happened with our booking, when we arrived they said that our booking was cancelled and that we should have been notified, however we were then upgraded to a better room free of charge and we had a wonderful vacation. Excellent service, thank you!

A great place to stay! The rooms are big and clean, the breakfast is absolutely excellent and the owner is really helpful. The location is close to both the city center and the beach. Highly recommended! Patricio (the owner) even helped me when I had a tooth ache by getting an appointment with his own dentist. We had a great stay.

My girlfriend and I got the biggest room. It's a really nice place at Cerro Castillo. It's really close to Viña's Bus Station. You can go walking to San Martin Street, where you can find many restaurants, pubs and the Casino. So close to España Street , and also near Miramar metro station., so there is no problem of transportaion if you plan going to Valparaiso.

We traveled in a couple and had a good time. The advices Patricio gave us about Viña and Valpo were very important. Also Maria Tereza from the staff helped us a lot. Thank you two. We recommend this hostel for those who are looking for basic but good services and like to spend the day outdoor. Hostel just to shower and sleep. Great view also.

Service excellent, but I believe it is a hostel for more conservative people, because, due to a small castle site be preserved, some care has to be taken, such as not eating and not drinking in the room, not walking with the suitcase on the floor not to damage it, among others. With that, maybe some guests do not have the freedom they want while on vacation. The rest is excente.

It felt like home and was very cosy. The actual building was historic and had a great view. Breakfast was excellent, nice bread, salami, cheese, chocolate cereal, biscuit, tea coffee. Patricio speaks English very well and is very helpful

An amazing hostel in a beautiful area, very close to the center of Viña del Mar. It has a really large terrace with an incredible view of the city - perfect for a romantic dinner ;) Patricio is a very, very pleasant host. He gave us invaluable tips about the city, wines and he even helped us in the middle of the night with the kitchen, always extra polite.

I would like to give lots of thanks for being so helpful when i got robbed on the beach. It's unfortunate that i weren't able to stay as long as i planned, but i made it back to Buenos Aires in good time for my flight home to Norway. Thank you so much!

The atmosphere was very familiar because the owner lives in the house and takes breakfast with the guests. It is hard to meet people because the Hostel is small and when I was there, only 3 other guests were living there. Breakfast super!!!!!
