We had a great stay, hostel is very clean, rooms are great, location perfect. Staff was just great. We booked via hostel a 80$ two day trip to Halong bay via hostel. Boat and food were great. Also, we booked a 35$ to perfume pagoda. Trip was OK, but 35$ now seems expensive.

Excellent hotel, good value for the money. Breakfast was very good. What made the stay so good was Zoom, or I called him "Magic Man" as he was excellent and very efficient with helping us with booking trains and travel plans, even during Tet!!! Always had a smile on his face, and remembered our names!!! Keep up the great work, Zoom, and I hope to see you again!!!

Very nice place to stay , i just didnt liked it being on a 6th floor without elevator, with a suitcase it is a little bit harder to get up.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were fresh and tasty. The location was on one of the quieter streets of the old town and the staff could not be more helpful for directions, restaurant recommendations and tours. They sorted everything out for us including an amazing trip to ha long (we went on the Fantasea boat and loved it) and over night bus to Hue. We arrived at the hotel at 8am but despite this our room was ready and we were given a free breakfast.

In my opinion the Little Hano Diamond is the perfect hostel. Breakfast included, it is not crazy good but it is enough. Really friendly staff, Mr. Tang is the best! The provide us free taxi in order to go to the airport which was really useful. We spent there 3 nights and everything was nice, follow their advice in order to go to restaurants and try the Cha Ca close to the hotel!

Staff are really kind and they did their best to help their guest. This hotel offer free coffee and Tea and fruits all day. and breakfast is very enough for your start of the day trip. Please ask taxi at the staff in stead of believing the meter of a taxi.

We absolutely loved this place, it was our first stop on our 7 month travels and it was like being welcomed by close friends. The staff are great, very helpful, they did so much for us. We would definately come back again and would recommend it to everyone!

Staff are very helpful. The only problem i have is the noise. Unfortunately, located at Old Quarter is a busy road. Unless u got a room at the ground floor like 102 and 103 (thats where I got). other room has quite a bit of noise. Loads of stairs and the staff is more than happy to assist u with luggage. We stayed there three nights with different room and notice room with window are very noisy due to face the street. so I would choose standard room with no window instead.

Excellent staff, very very friendly! Awesome shower and bathtub, we had a room with a balcony that had a nice view to the old quarter. Definitely we'll stay again in Little Hanoi Diamond on or way back to hanoi. Extremely recommended!

I can't say enough fantastic things about this hostel! Firstly we had issues with our Vietnam visa and was grounded overnight in Singapore, they hostel was very understanding booked us another night in the hostel and did not charge for the night we missed by not been able to fly that day. They also picked us up from the airport at the new day and time without charge. When we arrived they were so friendly and helpful i have never felt more relaxed and supported! the staff are so amazing!

Staff were incredibly friendly, warm and helpful. They always ask you how your day was, what you got up to etc, have a small chat with you. The room was very large for 2 people, with a very nicely decorated interior and even smelt of lavender as soon as we arrived! The only issue I had was I think there was some water leakage in the bathroom. But that was a small issue.

Clean and inviting hotel with really lovely, helpful staff and great facilities. Only issue was rooms facing the road are very noisy.

This is a very good place to stay in the Old Quarter. The 8 bed dorms feature two queen-sized beds and 3 bunk beds (a sturdy wood construction). It has a classy feel to it (the private rooms even more so). Your bed linen and towel is changed every day, even if you stay on. The shower is hot. The staff is cheerful and friendly, but they don't forget about their commission when answering questions. The only downside of this hotel-partially-turned-hostel is the lack of a common room.
