This is a very good place to stay in the Old Quarter. The 8 bed dorms feature two queen-sized beds and 3 bunk beds (a sturdy wood construction). It has a classy feel to it (the private rooms even more so). Your bed linen and towel is changed every day, even if you stay on. The shower is hot. The staff is cheerful and friendly, but they don't forget about their commission when answering questions. The only downside of this hotel-partially-turned-hostel is the lack of a common room.

We booked Little Hanoi Diamond(LHD) for a triple room. After we've settled the room fee,the staff said that the hotel is full and had to transfer us to another hotel (Tu Linh Palace II) which is a few blocks away. She said it is as good as LHD.The room and facilities are new. However,we were unhappy as they supposed to ask for our opinion/wish before changing the hotel and not after we have made payment. Moreover,we booked a triple room but we got a twin bed + 1 added bed,no extra space in the room.

We moved here from their sister hostel Little Hanoi Hostel 2. It was very much the same -comfortable rooms with heater & duvet, strong shower, WIFI, decent free breakfast, free fruit, tea and coffee - the works. In the Old Quarter, near the night markets and a kick ass little bakery. The guy at the front desk (Zoom, I think?) was funny and sincere, happy to help book tours and make recommendations on what to see/eat etc but wasn't pushy at all. The Fantasy 2 Day, 1 Night tour was good value too!

This hotel is great value for money. The service is really amazing - nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is generous and the rooms are totally spotless. The location is great, as long as your happy to stay in the old quarter which is crazy but fun. The hotel pick up service from airport is also very helpful.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They picked us up from the airport and gave us a ride to the train station for free. The wifi was great. But unfortunately mold in the room (no window).

Very brisk and helpful staff who handled our questions and travel enquiries with aplomb. Situated on busy street in middle of Old Quarter, close enough to amenities (convenience stores, restaurants) as well as to Hoan Kiem Lake. Free coffee and tea all day long was a life-saver in the middle of a cold snap.

We arrived pretty late on a late flight but received a warm welcome from the manager (I think). But the following days every encounter with him he seemed stressed/impatient (everyone has bad days but still...) Other than that the stay was very nice. Beautiful rooms. Great location about 8 minutes walking to the lake. Free breakfast is nice. Big bread portion!

Stayed a total of 4 night over a week with trip to ha long and Sapa in the middle. They look after luggage and were welcoming when we returned at 5am from Sapa. They help with an airport taxi for a good price saved us haggling Good breakfast would go back tomorrow in a heartbeat

The room we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable... great value! We went away to Halong Bay for 3 days and they looked after our bags for us and we were able to take a shower when we got back before we caught the train that night. The Staff were friendly and had great advice about good places to eat in the neighbourhood.

Very well placed in the middle of the moving Hanoi. Last there 4 nights in 2 time. Staff make it easy. If you want to sleep long ask not to be close to the raod speaker. If needed I return.

Fantastic hotel (definitely more of a hotel than hostel) -- very nice & clean, private rooms were beautifully decorated, great location in old quarter with lots of fun things to do all around, delicious fresh fruit & a pretty good breakfast for free & the staff were just lovely! Helped us with everything, gave great suggestions, were cheerful & gracious. Would definitely book again!

Best place to be in Hanoi and totally worth the slightly higher price. Stayed there two times as we got foodpoisoning and had to stay another day in Hanoi. But that's where the staff turned out to be really outstanding. They were so sweet with us and cared, got us medicine and cooked us soup! Wonderfull experience.

Very nice place with helpfull stuff. But sometimes it was a bit annoying when they ask you all the time if you want to make a tour; but that´s like everywhere in Vietnam... The room was very good, but without window, make sure you have one.

The staff members were more than friendly and helpful and the hostel is a DEFINITE bargain for the price. Their tours however, are on the mid to higher price range but definitely worth taking for the convenience (haggling is very long-winded and do not lower prices much in Hanoi). I deeply enjoyed in the Fantasia tour to Halong Bay I booked with them. Breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend them!
