We stayed 5-6 nights in Little Hanoi Hostel, from which we visited Halong Bay, Mai Chau village and the parfume pagoda. Everything was great : clean and cosy room, fruit and tea avalable at every time in the lobby, one locker in the room, breakfast included. The staff was also really nice (especially one lady who cared about the gests like a mum), answering to our many questions at every hour day/night. During our nights out of the hotel, they kept our luggage until we came back. Recommended!

The traditionnal vietnamese old deco can turn some people off, but what makes this hostel is its personnal. Friendly and always enclined to help! I have travelled a lot and really they take it charge everything, booked our flight ticket and got it at a cheaper price than announced on kayak, helped us find another tour for halong bay in 2 minutes because ours had been canceled, etc. Breakfast is good and you get free fruits all day! I would recommand this hostel anytime.

Staff were very friendly and helpfull, breakfast was included which was great! Feels more like a hotel than a hostel. We weren't told that the hostel closes at 12 so we were locked out and had to wake someone up to let us in. Good place to stay!

Really nice and clean place with absolutely amazing staff! They give recommendations for everything you need and they are very honest about it. even refunded us a part of a bus ticket we bought from them when the bus wasn't as nice as they had promised. And we didn't even ask for the refund! Absolutely recommended place!

Great location, very helpful amazing staff - thank you to David and Kim for all the information and help you gave us. Rooms are nice and clean. We booked onto the halong bay tour with legacy tours and it was a great tour booked by the hostel. Staff always recommended great places to eat in the evenings and always kept luggage safe. Amazing for the price you pay! Would defo recommend and stay here again if we are ever in hanoi.

One of the best hostels I have stayed in. Great location, very helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms and excellent tours. Used them for Ha long bay and Sapa tours and both were amazing. They also stored our big bags whilst we were away and even let us shower and provided us breakfast when we returned (even though we weren't staying in the hostel any longer!). Great service!

Extremely helpful staff. We had a short time in Vietnam, to be divided between Hanoi and Hoi An, and the receptionist there completely took charge :) In 20 minutes, we had train tickets, plane tickets, everything outlined for our stay in Vietnam. She was seriously amazing. Rooms were simple, but clean. Breakfast was fantastic and I loved that they had coffee, tea, and fruit out all day (and night). Will definitely be staying here again!

Staff are absolutely amazing and willing to help you in anyway! The rooms were great too and there was always free fruit and cups of tea if you need! Great location, close to main sites...

In my top 5 best hostels ever. Everything was spot on and the staff were extremely helpful with any inquiry, this is the only place to stay in Hanoi

Owner was so pushy and over bearing. My covers stank and the shower room was pretty average. A mouse ran across the floor at breakfast which put me off an already average breakfast option. But location was okay and the people who worked there weren't rude, just too involved. But beds were reasonably comfy. It's a shame the atmosphere wasn't as friendly as we had hoped for but we could have just been unlucky with dorm.
