Little Hanoi Hostel by name. Great Big Hanoi Hostel for comfort, charm and courtesy. Great beds, good shower, splendid breakfast, endless cups of terrific coffee at all times, and a remarkably helpful and capable staff. They all were great but here's a particulat shout out to the gracious and beautiful Kim.

Amazing shower in the dorm best I had in Vietnam. Own lamps and plug sockets. In the quieter part of the city but quick to walk in. Loved free tea and coffee

Handsome Dave was absolutely the best! He helped us find our way around Hanoi, and plan the rest of our trips around Vietnam! He truly made our stay a seamless experience, and was very available to help at any point in time. You should definitely stay here for the place is well located and Dave is so helpful!

Our stay here was wonderful. The staff was super friendly and very helpful in booking our excursion to Halong Bay. Rooms were clean and the free breakfast was actually quite nice. Would highly recommend!

We arrived after midnight but they still helped us and explained everything. It's not really a hostel but rather an old hotel. So the atmosphere is nothing like a hostel but still good value for money and a clean place.

hostel is ok. quiet and clean. staff is great. they org lot of trips (halong bay, sapa, perfume pagoda, etc.) and even if you do not stay the night, they keep your luggage, allow to have a shower and have breakfast when you come early in the morning. Btw, not exactly the cheapest trips in town.

No social area as such. Breakfast was adequate but not exceptional. Great location. Tours to Sapa and Halong Bay were both good.

Nice place, if you like quiet hostels. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they also talk a lot of with you - especially Kim speaks fluent english and always gives you advices, how to get anything cheap - and receptionist Dave always has a funny line in store. Rooms are clean and have lockers, breakfast buffet included, coffee all day for free, location is in the heart of hanoi.... After all: There is nothing to complain about!

Little Hanoi Hostel was a really comfortable place to stay. The facilities are really good and they have everything you need. The best part of the hostel is its staff. They were all really accommodating and were always on hand to help, especially Handsome Biff! It's not the biggest hostel but the location is great and so is the price! Definitely recommend!
