Absolutely amazing - so helpfull and friendly. Really made the stay in Hanio a great experience. The trips I arranged through the hostel were brilliant. All the advice they gave me was spot on. The accommodation is in a good location, is very clean and had a hot, good pressured shower :) would definitely recommend the Little Hanoi Hostel to anyone.

Great hostel for good value. Would definitely stay here again. Beware of booking a Halong Bay Tour through them though, other people paid half of what I paid for the same package tour. Other than that, staff was excellent, and the rooms were spotless.

Best customer service I have had in all of South East Asia! Wonderful staff, extremely welcoming and helpful. They know how to make you feel like an important guest, they remember your name and ask about your plans to give you as many advices as they can. Hostel was also very clean. Highly recommended.

BEST HOSTEL IN VIETNAM!! and probably the best in the world.. and it all came down to customer service. As soon as we arrived which was pretty early in the morning they were very busy however offered us breakfast straight away and cleaned out our room within 30 minutes. Everytime we came back from our adventures all the staff were so welcoming, offering us tea/coffee and suggestions on what to visit next. No one was pushy, all the main reception staff spoke amazing english.

This place was amazing! Tony is so helpful and accommodating! He is a lot of fun too. Really felt at home. Tons of free coffee, tea, and fruit. No problem booking onward transportation or tours for Ha Long and Sa Pa. Truly one of the best places I have ever stayed at!

Tony, the manager, treats all his guests like family and all staff are so friendly and helful. In between trips to Halong Bay and Sapa this hotel offers baggage storage (so you can just pack over night bags)and free showers if your schedule doesn't allow for a night stay. You are always greeted with a smile and offered a free tea/coffee whenever you come in. by far the best place to stay in Hanoi and close to all the action in the old quarters.

The staff at this hostel is really friendly and helpful. We booked our Ha Long tour through the hostel which was very convenient. They let us leave our bags there and take showers on our way to and back from Sapa and also assisted with arranging taxi's anywhere. If I come to Hanoi again, I would stay here again.

It was really a pleasure to be at little Hanoi. The staff was very helpsom and friendly.Allways fresh , very good coffe and fruit when we returned to the hotel. And their cooking was much better, than what we got on street kitchens and restaurants, and to competitive prices. The room (twin bed deluxe) was as good as in an expensive hotel, and there was only moderate noise from the street. We can recomand this fine hostel to anybody, and we will for sure use it agian, if we come to Hanoi again.

The staff were excellent. They helped us book flights and trips and were very good to give you information. The staff were so friendly that when you came back they automatically make you coffee or tea. They also knew your name. The common area was ok and the rooms were good. The location was good as it was only 5 dollars a night and it was really close to the knight markets. Only a few mins walk. They booked us taxis to and from the airport so we would not get scammed.
