Super friendly ppl at front desk, always wanna chat you up. When it's really busy they try their very best to accommodate to everyone. I stayed in the six bed dorm, beds are large for a single mattress, comfy as well. They're very frank about what kind of tours ie.Price vs quality, so I appreciated that. I would've preferred to stay elsewhere but primarily because of location, not a fault of the hostel.

This is a great place if you want to have a clean place to crash in a great location. The staff is exceptional and will go out of their way to help you and answer all your questions. It's located in the middle of the old quarters so the location is great. It is not a party hostel but you will meet travelers here. Booked a Ha-Long Bay tour with them and it was great.

Our stay here was amazing! David and Kim are the kindest and such helpful people. My friend and I stayed in a privat room with an ensure bath and found it to be super clean, roomy and comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a hostel or even hotel in Hanoi. This place is also located in the center of the old quarter, my friend and I had no issues at all getting around town on foot from this spot. Over all, would definitely recommend. PS the coffee in the lobby is amazing!

Thank you for Kim for her hospitality in helping us. The room was fine for us. However, the communication skill and friendliness of David and Charles have to improved. Besides that, serving watermelon and pineapple in the early morning is not good for empty stomach.

Very good value for the money, we were looking for a hostel but wanted a private room and they have them. It is a clean and quiet hostel but well located in the center of Hanoi. Rooms are big.

This is a pretty good location when you are trying to walk to the Old quarter. The airport pickup is very handy and SOOO nice to have. They were very helpful when it came to maps or plans or even when you want to know of a place for good food or a massage. The internet was spotty at times, but for the most part it was a great hotel to stay and I would highly recommend it :)

The hostel is in the center of Hanoi. Even though Hanoi is very busy and loud I had a very quiet room. Free airport pickup, usually 15 USD! The best thing in the hostel is the staff though. David is doing an amazing job at the hostel. He knows all about Hanoi, Sightseeing, where to be at what time in order to not have to queue up to long, and he is always friendly even though people ask questions constantly one after the next all day long. Thanks David & all the best to you! Stefan from Austria

I stayed at Little Diamond Hostel for 1 night, and Little Hanoi Hostel for 2 nights. The staff (David, Kim, and others) are extremely friendly and helpful. They gave me tips on where to visit and where to try local Hanoi food. Most of them speak fluent English, which is promising. They serve nice breakfast too. It is also centrally located in the backpackers area, and is within walking distance to most Hanoi touristy places.

The hostel was nice and clean and safe. But please dont advertise that they offer free wifi as during my 5 night stay the wifi did not work once! And the computers offered for free use were as bad as only one out of the three actually worked at any decent level of speed. When i asked about the wifi issue i felt that she had no interest and tried to laugh the issue off. Worst wifi and internet in the whole of my travelling asia so far after 3months!

Definitely the friendliest hostel I have ever stayed at. The staff are fantastic. The rooms are also very clean and the beds are comfortable. The location is also very good and the staff can help you organize just about anything. Perhaps it is a big more expensive than other hostels, but it's definitely worth it. They were always offering me coffee or tea and the breakfast that was included was a cooked meal (not toast like everywhere else). Overall, a great place to stay!

The staff here was SO welcoming and friendly. They allowed me to check in early when I arrived from an all night bus at 7am and genuinely cared that I had a good stay. The bunk beds in the dorm room are large and sturdy and don't squeak. Free breakfast includes eggs, bacon and baguette. Would definitely stay here again.

Kim and David are incredible - they know all of the guests by first name and are always happy to help with any questions/queries. The only thing that could have been improved was that the rubbish bin in the bathroom in the 6-person dorm wasn't emptied for over 4 days, but everything else - cleanliness, space, bed was great.

Super welcoming and friendly staff, sure to make you feel at home the moment you step in the door. Great welcoming with free coffee, tea and fruits, miss free water though. Great sturdy clean beds. Family room is roomy and nice, dorm is also great. Lockers got a sharp metal thing where the lock locks, watch out, it ripped my backpack open when putting my backpack in. Free simple breakfast, missing Pho option! Internet a bit dodgy, but works. Overall great place to stay in central Hanoi! Gogogo!

AWESOME hostel. Good location. Clean large beds, extremely helpful & friendly staff who went out of their way to make sure we were always happy. Breakfast was really good and generous. The staff helped us book & cancel tickets a number of times & were more than happy to do so. When we left the hotel, we forgot an iPhone in the lobby. One of the staff members Hue jumped on a a bike and brought it to us in record timing before our bus left a few minutes laterI! I highly recommend this hostel!!!!
