The staff were very hospitable. They offered valuable information to my friends and I about the town and suggested places to eat and shop. The provided complimentary coffee and tea and fruit all day long, which was fresh and delicious. They also offered free breakfast, which saved us money on food.

The staff was extremely helpful and made you feel at home. I would definitely go to little hanoi hostel again. Kim was amazing. She switched my rooms for me and took it upon herself to help me with the rest of booking (cancelations, halong, laundry) plus she always greets you and makes sure your having a good time. Wonderful hostel.

The staff are SUPER helpful and the dorm was clean and cozy. Not noisy at all and great location. Included breakfast was a nice bonus and the price was right. Would recommend to anybody looking for a quiet welcoming stay in Hanoi

Very clean rooms and helpfull staff. But looks more like a small hotel than a hostel. If you are an independant traveller and want to meet people, or like hostel with good atmosphere, Hanoi Backpackers is a better choice.

This place was amazing! Great value for your buck. And the best part about it was not just the free breakfasts and unlimited supply of coffee, tea and fruit, but the staff. The people who work here are awesome. They know their stuff. Super friendly and always willing to help you with anything you need. They offered great Halong Bay tours and loads of information about other tours and cities to travel to. Very accommodating. I would recommend this place to everyone I know!!!

I strongly recommend this hostel. The staff is fantastic, always giving us the best suggestions for our trip, always smiling and very helpful. Our initial reservation was for four nights but since we were in a really tight schedule the woman suggest us to leave Hanoi one day before so that we could have had more time to spend in Hue and Hoi an. And she didn't want us to pay that night!

STayed here a total of 11 days! The staff here is simply amazing! The free fruit, coffee, and tea is a great touch. Excellent location and tour prices. Just shop around for the cheapest tour and they will try to work with you. The dorm is a great way to meet people and always clean. I would recommend this place and Hanoi to anyone coming to this fantastic city. I will be back!

Best staff I have ever experienced at a hostel! The beds have heating pads which is wonderful during the colder months. Breakfast is made to order. And again cannot express enough how lovely and incredible honest and helpful the staff are. They will take the best care of you.

Absolutely lovely staff who would bend over backwards for you (even letting us come and take showers and have breakfast after we returned from Sapa at 5 in the morning!). Can store luggage in storage facility once you have checked out, and staff are very efficient in booking trips/tours for you. Only complaint was that our room (which was on the 4th floor and didn't have a window) had a bit of a damp smell, but other rooms that I went into on lower floors didn't.

Beautiful Hostel, we stayed there 3 nights, 1 in a dorm and 2 in a private room. Of course the private one was so much better, but the dorm was ok too. Everything perfect, but the most amazing thing was their people. Kim, David and the guy from the night (I dont remember the name right now) helped us in everything, location, maps, tours, anything you need, you got them. Beautiful hostel, beautiful people. Thank you.
