It's definitely money-worth. We were picked up by the staff from the airport to the hostel and were received warmly by the reception. The service provided by the staff was good, especially when helping us to arrange a day trip to Trang An.

The staff were absolutely brilliant, everything was really clean and it's in a great place in the old quarter. Go here for the best value for money.

We met this Hostel online. Entries were very good. Actually we found that the kindness and confidence that they offer people with this hostel is real. We have reported everything, We have advised on places to visit and excursions that we have hired have given us security and good service for a very fair price. we're really glad we stayed at this hostel.

I like this hostel, very friendly staff. Very quick respond when I step in for checking in. The facilities are very fantastic, especially in little hanoi hostel 2. It wasn't like a hostel, but kind a hotel. I love it. Just a little bit dissapointed about the laundry service. They gave me back my laundry in wet condition. The rest, I really enjoy my trip.

it's a cheap hotel rather than a hostel, but i stayed here when i first got to vietnam. got the free transfer from the airport without any problems. the room was big and clean, internet worked well. breakfast is simple and standard. they will book tickets and tours and were really helpful with advice etc but i think their prices are higher than other places so if you have the energy/time/money shop around a bit. Back early for ha long bay tour and can use the facilities, so can't complain

Good customer service, the free fruit and coffee was very welcome. The staff were also very helpful, although I didn't appreciate the maid changing sheets in the dorm at 7:30am - perhaps it could have waited until later? The free breakfast was excellent though, highly recommended. Also, the bunk beds in the dorm were 4ft beds (i.e. Queensize) - very comfortable.

what an amazing hostel! Do not hesitate to stay here! Not only is the dorm immaculate but the staff are so friendly and helpful, it was the best start to my stay in Vietnam..the staff members will help you with anything and everyday they make an effort to talk to you and ask how your day was. Incredible value for money and great place to meet people if you are travelling alone.

I absolutely adored staying at Little Hanoi Hostel. As many have mentioned before, the staff really made the hostel amazing. They are friendly and really really sincere when helping you. Irregardless of whether you need reccommendation for food, places to go or things to buy, the staff is knowledgeable and ever willing to help. Fantastic place which is located near the attractions and where there is always plenty of things to see/do and amazing food at every corner. Will definately come back!

The employees are very very friendly and helpfull. I really liked my stay and the only thing that was average was the locker, since it was quite small to put a rucksack in it. For all the rest I can only recommend it!!!
