I cannott reccommend this place more highly to those looking for a unique location. This is truly one of the most beautiful places I have ever been with a bedroom overlooking the most glorious lake imaginable. It absolutely felt like being in paradise and the quirky artistic touches created by owners Thomas & Chrissy only added to its charm. Dont be deterred by the short drive from Queenstown - it is totally worth it.

A lovely peaceful place, away from the bustle of Queenstown but still close enough to get there easily. In a beautiful setting with lovely views and very kind, friendly hosts who make you feel very welcome. It is a unique place, all the furniture & decorations handmade by the owners which makes staying here a special experience.

The nicest place I have ever stayed in! The huge garden is truly a paradise and the indoors is lovely decorated with carved wood. It's a place to calm down and enjoy the beautiness.

We spent three and a half weeks in New Zealand, and Little Paradise Lodge was our favorite place to stay. Both the lodge and the surrounding gardens are works of art created by the host, Thomas. If you like to be surrounded by creative beauty, this is the place for you.

Stayed as a family over the New Year. Amazing place with fantastic gardens and indoor furnishings. Also a great location to escape the crazy streets of Queenstown over the new year period but close enough to drive in to the town or to explore Glenorchy. One thing I'd recommend is to have another shared shower room as this gets busy with the maximum number of people sharing it. Would definitely recommend to others though!
