At first, the hostel dont give you any garantee about the numer of people that you will stay together. I booked a 4 female bedroom, but I had stayed in a 10 female bedroom. They didnt clean up the bedroom (any day!!)

We could notice that the sheets hadn't been changed because the bed was full of hair and something which seemed a very little blood spot, at least it was red, since it was on a (clearly) used sheet we assumed it was blood. It seems that someone isn't doing their job properly... Because we were so tired we decided not to demand another sheet and we managed to sleep without it. Apart from that I have nothing else negative to say about this hostel.

good except unkind staffs and poor beds

My bathroom smelt really bad. Also was not happy when I had to pay to store my luggage when I changed to another hotel for 1 night cos they were full. Also I found it cold. However for the price, overall it was much better than I expected with the super nice staff and free toast

The kitchen was kinda messy and gross but the rooms were nice the staff was friendly and helpful. There is a cafe connected to the hostel which severed an awesome English breakfast. The showers were hot and the hostel was in walking distance of everything I wanted to do in Liverpool. I'd stay here again.

Good location and clean facilities. The hostel is located close by very good pubs and just minutes away the city centre. The breakfast is ok and the wifi worked perfect and it's free!

Perfect location, very nice and clean. For the price paid, you really couldn't ask for a better experience. I'd be happy to stay there again. Thank you!

The kitchen facilities requires attention. Broken tables, disintegrating cupboards which give the impression of being unhealthy. Cups, plates and utensils - would need more supplies of these. thanks.

The hostel was lovely, extremely close to the city centre hot spots for shopping and socialising. The staff were very friendly and the room was very spacious with our own private bathroom. Would have no problem booking it again or recommending it to friends.

Great place!!. Only seems to be a problem with the beds. They makes a lot of noise when you are lying down. It could be annoying when the other roomates are already sleeping.

The bed was uncomfortable and the other guests were very noisy. The toilets didn't always work and when we did laundry the staff were unhelpful and the dryer didn't work. Our food ((that was clearly labelled) was taken from the cupboards and other food went bad in the fridge as it didn't work properly. The rooms were not very clean.

Really nice hostel in a central area of Liverpool. When I stayed there in the beginning of january, there were few other people, but the staff was really friendly. Kitchen was nice and well equipped and there was a lounge with a TV and different games. They have DVDs for you to borrow as well, which I thought was really nice. Free toast, tea and coffee was well appreciated as well and the rooms and bathrooms were clean and nice. Recommended!

The kitchen is good, but it would be better if it had windows to have more air, or if the breakfast was made by the staff......

Very good location, but no breakfast included ( we only got bread which was expired and one jar of jam). Our room was clean but we noticed that they didn't change the bedclothes when one of our roommates left! Anyway, good value for money!
