Breakfast is also included and very ncie, but sometimes they run out of the pastries and these are not re-filled. So breakfast early! :) furthermore very nice staff, but at the time we went there they were late with the cas, so they said 3 times we needed to wait for 10 minutes. (We waited 1,5 hour). But got free drinks for waiting! The hostel is really beautiful and the location is perfect! Is known as party hostel, but I didn't hear anything except my roommates .

This hostel seemed cool and was a good value, location, and free breakfast is always a plus. The one night I stayed there was a huge group of obnoxious exchange students which put a damper on the general atmosphere, and my room was one of the 'attic' rooms which meant it was hot and dungeon-y, not that we spent much time there anyways. Other that that great place to meet people solo traveling or in groups, good vibes, and lots of activities if you're into that sort of thing.

They could have the bed sheets already on the bed like other hostels.. The attics are super cool with the bathrooms included, plus the pc room was really helpful for those who travel alone, like me.

Were originally given a very dirty room to stay in, had to ask to be switched to another room but staff didn't seem concerned about first room when told. When asked staff questions about the city and transportation, seemed quite uninformed and uninterested in helping. Our room was very loud with music from lower floor coming through into the room until after 1:30 am. Did the walking tour and tapas through hostel with vivviannah, really enjoyed both experiences. Great way to experience things.

Breakfast is great! The staff is really helpful. The most wonderful thing is the height of the lower bed is high enough to sit properly. You don't have to bend your back all the time - very comfortable bed! The only thing could be improved is the facility of the shower room. It would be better to concern the privacy. I don't like being naked in front of others.

It's very busy, noisy and lacks organization. Maybe good for groups that are only going to Madrid to party...

very cold and dark 10 dormroom. staff was mildly helpful

Direction not the best hostel world! Where I came out of train station cars went both way on the street, so which way do u go???? Room was hot, staff put air con on when asked.

Tiny showers with push button that lasts about 3 seconds until you have to press it again for more water. Wifi doesnt reach the rooms so have to sit in the lobby or in the hall ways. Staff seem annoyed when you ask a question and I didnt see them smile once. Would difintely not recommend. Way overpriced for what you get.

This wasn't a party hostel at all for us (although we weren't here on the weekend). We had a school orchestra group of about 30+ people staying here and there was a priest. The communal areas are poorly furnished. The hostel is in a beautiful building. The facilities are pretty poor - they have the button showers and taps which makes it more difficult to use and doesn't even save water. For example the taps go for way longer than necessary. Water temperature is also up and down often.

We were there during the end of a religious gathering so the atmosphere wasn't all it was cracked up to be. We still took advantage of the cheap sangria and shots though! One of the staff (I think his name is Alberto, with the septum piercing) was so so helpful and gave us a full low down on the city, where to eat, and what to do. The inside is BEAUTIFUL and the staff were great!

The common areas were really uncomfortable. Dirty sofas, etc. The dorms were okay but the showers didnt have warm water and even the cold water stopped every few seconds. You had to push a button in order to reactivate it. Annoying! But the poorest thing was the "breakfast". It was in their bar but the guy working there was not really interested to refill it. So there was hardly nothing left if you came later than 9...Moreover it was a mess, everywhere dirty plates, left food. Disgusting!

Great location, amazing inerior in the common room. Breakfast was good, better than in many other places I have been. Staff could have been friendlier..

The courtyard is really pretty. The beds are a little squeaky though

Hostel OK, not great staff or cleanliness, but OK.

Great clean hostel in the Madrid's city center the best location. I had pleasant stay. Thera are many activites organized by this hostel that are worth of trying.

Nice comfy bed, good breakfast included in price. Good location. Bar is nice to chill out and meet other people. Don't bother doing the 'tapas experience' you can go with a group of people from the hostel for less. Free walking tour is good though.

Nice hostel set in a beautiful old building, staff were great and the location was excellent. The shower and toilet facilities were a little dodgey but overall a great hostel with good WiFi and great events every night and day to help you socialise and see the city

Beautiful property, great location, friendly staff. Bathrooms were always kind of scuzzy. The door lock system was incredibly frustrating. Did not appreciate having to switch rooms partway through my stay.

The room lock is complicate to open and the first reception teach me wrongly, so i could not open the door in the first night and always needed ppl inside to open, only on the second day i found another nice reception to teach me the correct way, then it is ok. There are bugs on bed and i was bited at least 8 times. The below was loud and ppl never slept before 1am, i had bad sleep in this hostel. Not recommended.
