It's was a nice place to stay. Its quite and relaxing. It's about a 10minute walk to the old town.

Friendly and helpful owner, rooms were large and comfortable, clean and perfect for the budget. The shower could be placed slightly lower as mentioned by fellow travellers and towels could be changed to larger cleaner ones. All in all our stay was perfect at the Homestay.

The staff was so helpful and friendly and welcoming!

a very quiet and lovely place to stay even if some reviews do exaggerate its charm and facilities.

Best accommodation we've had so far in Asia! You'll get all the comfort and luxury of a nice hotel and on top the friendly atmosphere of a homestay! We intended to stay for only 2 nights and ended up staying 5 nights;) Linh and her family made our stay perfect! Thank you so much for the wonderful time in Hoi An!

Cannot say enough good things about this place!!! Staff is so friendly and willing to accommodate. Clean, spacious rooms. Great location between beach and old town. Fantastic stay!!!!!

Loved it here, beautiful room-with hotpot, beautiful grounds, beautiful cafe, excellent owner/host and staff, used the house bikes almost everyday. No safe in room but left documents with host for safekeeping. Biking: 20 min to Cua Dia beach, 10-15 min to old town river, 15 min to Silk village, on the way to Na Bang(?) beach...another 15 min or so from silk village. Also used them to book airport taxis.

Such friendly owners! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Recommend the lantern festival over a full moon if possible. Best part of my trip:) Hope my wish comes true...

Very beautiful place.

Lovely place, good location, friendly.

Nice little rooms. Very clean

Usually this would seem extreme to give a place one hundred percent, but this was the best place we stayed in our entire month in Vietnam. I could not recommend this place more!

Excellent Homestay, and the owners are really friendly and sit with us to explain all we should see and do in Hoi An. A little far away from the city center but I recommend renting some bikes and exploring the center and beach... The rooms are really clean and cosy, with taste in the decoration. Great breakfast!! I'll definitely recommend!!

We had a rough beginning, with no English speakers available. We were told to sit for an hour. But someone got us our room in ten minutes, then everything was fine. The rooms are lovely and modern. The breakfast area is way cool. Next time though I'll stay closer into town.

Unfortunately we couldn't sleep there, as we had an issue with our bus and arrived in the hostel already in the morning. Linh (owner) was extremely helpful and let us use the facilities to take showers, and leave our backpacks even after our check-out. Beautiful guesthouse, with nice and clean facilities. Linh and her staff also helped us to arrange taxi ride to the airport and gave us excellent tips for Hoi An. Highly recommended! Wanna go back to Hoi An just to spend a night there!!

Linh is the epitome of a good host! Upgraded us to a deluxe garden room on arrival and gave us great advice on places to eat nearby, day trips etc. We followed her advice on places to get bags and shoes made and were really pleased with the results! Cheap bike rental was handy to go to the beach or into town (both about 15-20 min cycle) and we rented a scooter to visit the Marble Mountains on our last day. If you're looking for a peaceful place to stay, Loc Phat is the bees knees.

We had a great time at the Loc Phat Homestay. Linh and her family went out of their way to be helpful... even made us a late night meal because we were hungry when we arrived. Everything was available at their place - bikes, forex, etc - making it very convenient. To top it all the place was beautiful - like a 5 star eco hotel. We loved our stay and esp Linh. Would def recommend.

Very nice hotel, beautiful rooms and atmosphere

Lin was super helpful and super friendly. More of a resort than a hostel/homestay. Lush gardens overhang the walkways, 2km from the main strip, 3km from the beach. Lin sent for a driver to pick us up from the airport, also very convenient. Highly recommend!

Best place in central Vietnam.. lovely staff and great quality/price ratio!
