Linh and the staff at Loc Phat were so helpful - they looked after everything, from bicycle and motorbike hire to preparing a special dinner, just for us to try a local delicacy! We stayed at their newly constructed property which feels more like a guest house than a Homestay. The rooms were new, clean, large and well equipped. It would be nice it all the rooms had mosquito nets for beds so that you could choose to sleep with the windows open, but each room has airconditioning. Thank you again!

I really felt welcome at Loc Phat! Linh and her team were kind and helpful. Breakfast was an added bonus and there were bikes to rent, which was such a good way to get around Hoi An. The room was lovely- very crisp and clean. It had a nice outdoor space. Even though I was welcomed as though I was a member of the family, this was more like a boutique hotel than the homestays I have stayed at previously. As such, it was very good value for money. I definitely recommend Loc Phat!

When I arrived they transferred me to another place which was even further out of town. This happened despite the fact that the address on my booking was from the first place. They offered me one day free bicycle rent because of the transfer (value $1). The place where I stayed security was practically none existent, there was no key for my room, the house was always open and there wasn't any staff or family member.

Everything was wonderful and great! There were a few ants in our room because they came in through the door but it was fine for us. Thought you should know though.

Great place to stay while in Hoi-An. I would stay there again and longer....3 days just wasn't enough. Quiet and relaxing during the day and an opportunity to visit with the family in the evening. Bikes were great for going into town and to the beach.
