Really liked the room and they made my bed each day which was lovely. Facilities nice and clean but staff don't go out of their way to be friendly and reception only manned until 1.30pm. Had quite a few people asking me for wi-fi code, whereabouts of bathroom etc, so orientation not fab. Would have been nice to have coffee/tea provided in morning for cost of stay. Location spot on, walking distance to everywhere on my list and close to station so don't have to lug bags around long.

Great hostel, very friendly staff, and they speak enough English to be able to help you get to certain places (e.g. airport, sights, etc). The only downfall is that there's one bathroom for everyone - so taking a shower might get a little annoying (if someone beat you to the shower just 5 mins ago). The hostel is VERY clean and has a fridge, small oven/grill, and silverware/plates/glasses for you if you wish to have a snack or something. The location is really close to almost everything!

Very good place to stay in Florence. You can walk everywhere and you really feel safe inside and outside the building. You had free internet and a balcony with a view to the dome. I can recomend the place.

I enjoyed my stay at Daniel's. The location was excellent; right next to the Mercato Centrale and very close to the train station. The hostel was also very charming, with spacious rooms and a great view of the Duomo from the kitchenette. When I met the staff they were also very nice and polite. My only big concern was that there were no lockers or any kind of luggage security. All dorms should have that, since you never know who might decide to take your toiletries (I speak from experience :\)

Really nice place. It looks great. And it's near the rail station. But there is no kitchen, no lift (third floor) and no staff after 13:30.

The hostel is near the central train station. You have to watch out for the building because you would only see the name of the hostel on the buzzer plate of the building. It is located on the 3rd floor of the building and there are no elevators. The staff was nice although most of the time nobody is in the office. The wifi works only on the rooms located in the same wing as the reception.

Good hostel, great location and atmosphere! However, there was only one shower and toilet available (the other one is closed) for everybody, and the kitchen facilities are a bit poor (only a small fridge and a combi-microwave). However, the beds were comfortable! We were there for 3 nights and had a great time!

This hostel is perfectly located close to the main train station and the historic center. It's very clean and the staff is nice and helpful. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable (no bunk beds).

Warm and cozy, and the staff is very helpful. The only drawback is that the heater doesn't seem to work very well and after a whole night the room is still not warm enough when we got up. But generally it is still a good choice for short stay in Florence.

Great location less than 10 minutes by foot to the SMN train station and 2 minutes from the old market and the start of the central area with the Medici Capel and other sightseeing attractions. We got the room with the view of the cathedral dome, which was great and the facilities were quiet and clean. It was a little hard to find at the beginning because of the odd numbering of Florence buildings and the fact that we didn't had the front door code and it was raining, other than all good.

This hostel is great. Location was very close to the Train Station. There is a grocery store and laundry mat across the street. One of the cleanest hostels I have ever been to. They even give you a towel. Staff was very nice and helpful. Only problem was that the staff left at 13:30.
