I felt like I was staying in someones home. It had so much character and was just a nice place to sleep. Finding it the first time was a little difficult but not too bad. There's the market around the corner which is really great and a really short walk from everything else. The kitchen is small but has a tea kettle, microwave, and fridge for food and they even let you have whatever is in it. The only bad thing about it was taking my suitcase up 4 floors with no elevator. But overall I loved it.

it is very difficult to find the hostel as the shop lots have 2 door numbers and the hostel only have a small name plate on the wall. the mattress is hard and old.

Dear Abdul we are very sorry for all the trouble. We only to tell you that in Florence there are two kind of number: red for the shops, black for the house. The locanda stay at the 22 black number. It is a particular of Florence; we can't make anything for this. Anyway when we send our confirmation mail to our guests we give them all the directions to get our locanda; if you follow our directions it is easy to find us;like many prople told us. About the mattress We are a big surprised beacuse we changed all the mattress no longer time ago and they are new.. Anyway than k you for give us your feedback, it is always important for us to know the problem of our guest about our services, that is a reason for us to improve our job....maybe also my english needs to be improved...:-))) HAve a good day and if you would like to come back we will be happy to welcome you.
