Wonderful service, excellent location (within easy walking distance of the main Saint Mark's square, the Rialto, and the waterbus stop), and great rooms. It was like a hotel stay for the price of a hostel!

Excellent staff, very helpful. Almost impossible to find without a map that clearly shows the location of the hostel, as with a lot of things in Venice. Comfortable and clean, we stayed in the basic room (annex a block away from the hostel, no Wifi - available only from 3 to 6 pm in the actual hostel).

This is an excellent place to stay. It's a great location, clean and quite. Would definately stay here if I return to Venice.

Good location, staff gave us very usefull information. The internet was a small problem for us, as we stayed in a room separate from the hostel, where the internet didn't work. In general, it's a good place to stay and enjoy the city. There are not to much to do in the hostel. I recommend this hostel for those who want to enjoy the city and use the hostel just to sleep.

A nice inn that is good enough to keep us family of 4 pax warm. Simple yet great breakfast provided every morning. Although we had our way lost the first time we reached Venice, which then we found out there's a nearest water bus station, Ospadale which is easily accessible to the the hotel without going through all the bridged carrying your luggages.
