Loch Ness Youth Hostel overlooks the banks of the infamous Loch Ness, about halfway along. Only 40 minutes from Inverness and about two hours from the Isle of Skye, there is plenty to do in the area.

The Great Glen cycling and walking track passes the door, and the end-to-end cycling route is nearby. From the hostel there is easy access to the loch shore, and you will have plenty of opportunities for Nessie-watching from most of the bedrooms.
