It is litterally next to the Loch Ness. Incredible views of the Loch. The lady that works there is really helpful and nice.
It is not worth the high price. There are dormotary rooms, but you can not book them online. The view is lovely. The beach is small. Hostel is in between the road and the loch ness. So on one side you have autos driving (noisy), on the other side you have the like. The rooms are small and i actually felt like in Prison. No Internet! have to pay to get internet on a very old windows xp computer. Not worth staying! Just find another place
The hostel itself is lovely and facilities great. The most frustrating part is the 5pm check-in as you have no time to actually make use of the location right on the loch and beside the great glen trail. There are no powerpoints in the rooms which can make things challenging and they mentioned online that they are close to a supermarket but realistically this is a local post office that I was told may or may not be open.
Everything was great! The only problem was the mens showers - they weren't working in our block so we had to go down to the annex. The tank was clearly too small as one day the water was freezing cold.
