It's a bit like staying at your grandparents house. A little musty but taken care of, little things included like a selection of shampoos near the showers and a handheld mirror in the room. The owner doesn't speak much English, but enough. He let us try on some of the Kimono from his collection and took photos, in the morning before we left he gave us (free of charge) some post cards he had printed out with our photos on them! Easy to find and very close to the subway stop.

I am sorry. I was very disappointed because the lady owner was very unfriendly and made us carry heavy bags up to the third floor when the whole of the second floor was empty - they later moved us back down to second floor after we nearly had a heart attack. This kind of thing when you first arrive is very offputting. She cannot speak English and gave no information for example - do you want to order breakfast?
