It is a 3-Bedrooms Fully Air-con House (plus ceiling fans as well) where all the rooms are in Upper Floor and it does have spacious Living Area downstairs. There are 3 washrooms (1 attached to the room) with 2 of them in the upper floor and one in the living area. Both washrooms upstairs are equipped with water heaters. Since the house is a family retreat accommodation all the necessary utilities like hangers, iron and ironing board, dining table, tv and sofas as well as kitchen wares including gas stove, water filter and fridge are also available. Parking area can easily accommodate 2 vehicles and the house itself is gated.
