You can take the MRT (subway) to Bugis
Station, then walk over to our place.The MRT ride takes about 35 mins and costs S$1.60. The walk takes about 10 mins.
A taxi from the airport will cost anywhere between about S$15.00 to S$25.00, depending on the traffic conditions and the time of the day - there're all sorts of surcharges like airport surcharge, peak hour surcharge, late night surcharge, etc. Ouch!
