The place is clean, well set up, the wifi works and the staff will help you out with whatever you need. Winnie is especially hard-working and incredibly helpful. If you need vegetarian food, there is one really close to hostel inside the small street. the food is good and fairly priced. Ask the staff for direction, they are more willing to help you.

it was very clean and modern. The staff was willing and helpful. Computers to use and tv to watch in the shared space. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Convenience stores, supermarket, shopping, street market, pharmacy and hospital all right around the corner. Just about everything you could want within a 5-10 minute walk.

Booked an 8 bed dorm, on the first night only one other bed was taken (not that I met them, they obviously had a good nigh ;) ) and the second night I was in the dorm alone! Not bad if u want the space (it would have been very crowded with 8) but I was hoping to meet people - the reason we stay in dorms! En suite shower was not working so had to use the communal one, air con was set to one temperature and although it worked well would wake up freezing! Location pretty good and wifi worked well

The staff were friendly enough and let me come back and shower before my flight. Their bathrooms and hot water and shower heads may not be the most functional. Beds were only OK and you have to make up your bed yourself. The place was pretty dirty. They only seem to spot clean in the areas you can see. With the various things not functioning and the state of the rooms, I felt like the place was still being constructed...

I feel like this place is still a work in progress. There were lights not installed or not working. Same with the bathrooms and showers in different arrays of not working. They lockers are too small for backpacks. They 'store' your luggage on the second floor landing open to anyone if you ask them to hold you bags. As a result, camera was stolen. Also they do not help you book buses that are not 'their company' also 'their company' is sincerely over priced, over booked, filthy karaoke buses.

My dorm room was really rather small. With six people, there was no space left to place one's luggage. But many of the storage lockers were broken, and there was no way to secure them with a padlock. This really needs to be fixed. A little more cleaning would have been good too. On the upside, the staff were friendly and helpful, the internet connection was quite good, and there was no restriction on using it. The roof terrace was nice, and there was free coffee and bananas.

The staff is very friendly, helped us to print the document and allowed us to make international call. the place is not far from city and main attractions, only 10 minutes walk. It provides ample services such as, high speed internet, free coffee & tea, TV with movie, and tour booking. The room and toilet were clean, well maintained and i like my room that have a huge balcony.

This hostel is located just off backpackers row which allows for an escape from the chaos when needed. Clean ac rooms and an awesome rooftop terrace with computers, coffee, and an incredible view of the city. Free bananas and ice tea in the morning and coffee whenever you feel like making a drip cup.

We had a really nice stay here and met lots of great people. The tour to the Cu Chi tunnels might be a little bit more expensive here but overall it was great! Recommened!

ATTENTION: DON'T STAY AT LOFT INN SAIGON!!! What can I say other then I was left out in the cold by the Loft Inn management on NYE because they had given my bed away although I booked two weeks beforehand plus paid a deposit. I was told that I had arrived too late, it was 7pm. The manager on duty was unaccommodating and as useless as a wet blanket. The staff are hopeless and the rooms are small and stuffy. You can find better accommodation then this where you book a bed and it will be there..

We didn't enjoy our stay. Didn't sleep well, there was no aircon or fans in the room, very poor circulation, they said they would bring a fan in, and never did. Opening the windows - mosquitos ate me alive. The lockers were flimsy. No hot water. There was no breakfast as advertised. Staff tried to short change us with payment. Positives, the location is close to plenty of bars and restaurants in the tourist area. & staff appeared friendly.
