Nice, if a bit loud. Second floor and up is acceptably quiet.

I have been 4 times to southamerica, everytime about 2 months, and this was the worst hostel I have ever stayed in. The staff is unfriendly and the check in time was about 3 pm, because they are so unorganized. We booked 2 weeks before our arrival but they gave our room to someone else. The breakfast is a bad joke and it is extremely loud. Neither the other guests nor the staff cares. Somebodys camera was stolen from the reception!!!!!! Oh, and there is NO OXYGEN BAR, that is a lie too.

I had a good time here. Definitely a party hostel but my room was far enough away from the bar that I was still able to get a good sleep. Nice big lockers in the rooms. Hot water runs out at peak hours (between 10am-12pm). No laundry service. Staff at reception was incredibly unfriendly but the woman at the travel agency is nice. Bar staff was ok but sometime unfriendly because they were clearly hungover. The speakers in the TV room suck. Overall a good experience though. I would stay again.

I usually don´t like massive chain hostels, but this place was pretty good. I´d recommend this place over the Wild Rover any day.

Loki is a good hostel. Interesting to meet different people, because they have a heavy flow of people from all the world. We had just 2 problems: the bathrooms congested and at last day, when I went pay, the price was some dollars different of the internet.

Loki is nice, but i think its a bit overrated. If you want to sleep one night instead of party you cant. Theres too much noise. The staff is young but friendly. Some of them were sometimes very rude and stupid... Nice and comfortable beds! The computers are busy 24/7. They should get some more.

Big party hostel. Was very busy when i was there with a great atmosphere. Comfy beds, good food, would highly recommend. Also, i got very ill while i was there and the owner was FANTASTIC. Despite the hostel being almost full, he found me private room for me stay in for 4 days to get better and constantly checked how i was feeling.

One of the nicest places I´ve stayed in from the many hostels I´ve been in across the world. It has all the elements of a good hostel. The only drawback is that it is a bit Too big for its own good, in terms of meeting people at times. But it has a cool bar area, free wifi/computer room for free internet usage, basic breakfast included but you can pay for full breakfast including omlettes etc. Location is great, walking distance from centre. Toilets are shared but v clean & individual usage

Everything was great except for the absurdly bad internet. I know this is somewhat of a Bolivia-wide problem but it was just bizarrely bad at Loki. The food at the bar is fabulous and a good price relative to Bolivian standards. When you come in at night, though, the guard barely even checks your wristband if you´re white (which I find worrisome) and only seems to enforce any real security by keeping out dark-skinned Bolivians (even friends of mine who were just going to the bar).

Lively place to stay, better bar than round the corner at the wild rover. Food not very good and staff a little bit inflexible with orders (couple of friends wanted to order food off the 'dinner' menu 15 mins early as we had a bus to catch, kitchen staff refused to accept he order). But all in all a good place to stay and easy to organise excursions with the Karoo tours office within the hostel. Really bad wifi basically wherever you are, plus poor pc maintenance - 3 of 7 out of use.

Pretty clear they just want to get money off you. Their wifi is shocking an there are no lockers in the rooms. The beds were very comfy.
