The beds are comfortable but no lockers in the room. Its a party hostel so very loud. Internet is hopeless. if u r on a particular diet or something then never eat at their restaurant because twice it happened that i ordered a vegetarian pizza n they brought me ham quedilla or something n then they were just blaming each other like children.very unprofessional. There is always a stinking smell in the room though.

Very loud party hostel. Be prepared to have drunk people wander into your room. They can book death road tour for you with most of the companies, which is nice.

It was a good hostel there was no kitchen but you could buy food at the bar. There are options for vegetarians but they wouldn't subsuite one ingredient for the other or do little sides of things which I sent great.....the beds and rooms were good the bed were really comfortable....and the atmosphere and bar games awesome....the staff were nice but there was a lot of confusion between people checking out, over booking rooms or being checked into the wrong room....overall though great hostel.

beds were incredibly comfortable and the restaurant/ bar overlooking the city was cool and reasonably priced. Music was way too loud and could be heard on the ground floor

Nice party hostel, but to big to have a nice service.

Good beds and shower

I had a private room and every time I had a shower the whole room would smell like sewage. Also, party happens on the sixth floor but the music is so loud that you hear it from as low as the third floor, there is really no need for it to be that loud considering this is also a place to sleep. I get it, it's a party hostel, but some consideration should be had for those going on tours. There are signs all over the hostel about "quiet areas" that nobody respects, even at 4 o'clock in the morning.

Great hostel. It has everything you need and the staff are really helpful. The only thing that needs improving is the wifi. That said, I booked to stay again after my Machu Picchu trek as I enjoyed my first stay so much

If you have been to Loki mancora this is not a similar fiesta. Decent enough hostel but if you are looking for a party go to Wild rover instead.

hostel has pretty much everything you need, with the exception of a kitchen. however the bar meals are very reasonably priced so wasnt a problem for me. clean and lots fo things to do. its a much better place to sleep than the other party hostels.

Fantastic views! We were in a private room on the fifth floor with sweeping views of the city. Also excellent views from the bar and common areas. We were very impressed for the price of the room.

Epic hostel! Stay here!!

Hostel was ok. No lockers in rooms. Didn't want to let us change beds in our 4 bed dorm even though we requested as per the instructions. "Party" vibe was a bit lacklustre. Nice bar staff upstairs and good view though.

Great atmosphere & perfect location. The travel agency is brilliant. The only low was that breakfast wasn't included and the kitchen often wasn't fully stocked. They were frequently out of necessities such as bread.

Stay is ok. Loki is an established brand, also a very party hostel. It is more expensive than other hostels in La Paz. There are two places to socialize here, ground floor (reception/tour booking) annd the 6th floor (the bar). I have stayed in 4-bed and 8-bed. The 4-bed female dorm are really nice, but you don't meet a lot of people. The 8 bed kinda smells but it didn't bother me as I stayed only one night. The hostel is cleaned everyday.

6 stories high in central location - awesome view from bar/restaurant on the top floor. Bar area is big though so can feel a little awkward if empty but if you like to be a turbo with other backpackers then you'll love the parties they throw. Otherwise its a nice peaceful place for coffee & sun in the morning. Restaurant menu is extensive but food hit and miss. Only short taxi ride to nice bar area. Having 2 private bathrooms in a big dorm was a nice surprise but not cleaned regularly enough.

The private room was very clean and spacious. All rooms seem to have great views. Breakfast not included, but the view from the dining room is amazing. Hot showers and good tour booking facilities. One of the beds had a dip so both people rolled into the middle.

Loki is loose

Positives: - Clean (although building and furniture so dated cleanliness didn't have same impact) - Useful your desk in reception - Good value for money and location Negatives: - Looks and feels like a dated 1970's hotel - The 'bar', is more like a university common room - Poor music is pumping from about 6pm but when no one in the bar wants it at that time - Rooms are far too over crowed for their size and with next to no plugs
