Itwas shabby on the outside it was shabby on the inside, the room wasn't clean the towels although washed were stained the glass in the bathroom was filthy with toothpaste from the last customer, it was cold I didn't feel safe and slept with the light on and put a chair under the handle to jam the door. It was so bad I booked into a premier inn for the other two nights of my stay at a great cost. You should take it off your web page.

I understand the hotel lost business when the football stadium closed but it deserves a new lease of life - perhaps a way of encouraging people to stay would be to create an attraction to it, such as a restaurant or bar area - encouraging more business in. You include packages room+taxi to the airport for example. The lighting in the car park would also need to be addressed. Lastly, the premises would need to have longer reception hours, until 6.30pm is probably not meeting travellers' needs.
