very nice hostel, awesome staff, and very helpful. They can help to set up a bank account, get a national insurance number, and advise how to get a job. They even show how to write a good CV. free internet all day, free wifi 24/7, plus free breakfast awesome movie collection and the long term people staying there are the best group i`ve ever met the best hostel i`ve ever stayed

Good price, good location (for me at least, not exactly central london) Massive movie library (sadly mostly VHS), nice TV, pool (20p), lots of couches, interesting paintings and pictures on walls, free internet and wifi, included breakfast in the morning, no curfew, Extremely close to the nearest tube station (Hendon Central) good kitchen. Good staff. I'd say it's a very good Hostel.

I think the office needs to open earlier in the morning for those that wish to check out and get their last day started before their departure. The breakfast could use some improvement. Maybe peanut butter and Jam for the toast or croissants and cheese.

I slept in the private room, actually it stinks but there is a free wi-fi in the rooms and the bathroom is fair enough. The free breakfast was also fine. The place is far from the city, but its ok. Not the cleanest place in the world, but if you want to stay a day or two, it will do it.

The receptionist didn\'t make the booking I asked for. I complained to the manager who was extremely rude to me. He told me I shouldn’t complain to anybody. Don’t go to this hostel any problem and they treat you badly. I saw a rat in the room. They don’t care.

great hostel. the only down side was that it was a good 10-15 min tube ride into the city center, so you will have to pay more for transportation. besides that we loved it!

Its a bit away from anything but the atmosphere is great! especially if your after a weekend of drinking and meeting great people, dont expect to get much sleep though.

The price corresponds to the place. No more, no less.
