J'ai apprécié ce petit séjour chez vous. Le personnel est très disponible et les anglais...très fêtard..

I think it is quite good overall. The location is close to the underground station. I like the pictures on the wall. It's cute! The charge is not expensive. But the wifi here is poor and very slow, and the temperature of the shower water is very unstable and not strong enough. There are always many people in the common room, and we hardly find a plug to use.

the hostel is 45-50 min by bus or 30-35 min by tube to central london. the transport is very good but more expansive than other countries. you have to rent a locker. breakfest is basic and only until 9. wlan works fine.

If you want to have a cheap place to stay for a couple of nights is ok, except for the location is far away from the city center.

The rooms were poorly furnished, just beds and no chairs or a table. No individual lights per bed so you always have to put up the big light. The kitchen was crowded.

Its a dirty and horrible place I have every stayed in all my life. The people at the reception desk are few words men ,no helpful. My room was a single room dirty, smaller and so noise around. The walls were made by wood and have horrible paintings inside it.The hostel is near Helden Central Station that is far from London Central Atractions. There is nobody in reception after ten .The kitchen was horrible too and smells dirty. The guest dont wash the dishes,be careful with gastrointestinal illness .

I went there this summer with my friends the first time and since I had to go back to London for an appointement last weekend, I decided to go back to that hostel for a night! I don't regret it, it was as great as the first time. I was the only girl in a mixed dorm but there weren't any problems. The guys were very patient, although I was quite noisy in the morning when I had to pack my bags.:-) The best thing was listening to Capital FM London in the bathroom again. Always a pleasure!

The people working behind the desk were not helpful. They were not friendly at all. The location of the hostel is very, very far away from downtown London and it takes about 30 minutes by train to get into the city. The hostel itself is FILTHY and my room smelled terrible! There were a lot of people actually living in my room. The bathroom was fine, but the shower was the worst I have ever used while traveling. Do not recommend this hostel to anybody wishing to visit London.

Great value. It's clean and the people are friendly. It's kind of far away from central London but there's a tube station right across the street so it's easily accessible.

The hostel was really nice. Only problems are the distance (45 mins or more to go anywhere) and the showers, cause you cant make the water cold, so i burned my skin (literally) taking a shower. Its a really nice place to stay, great atmosphere, good wifi, simple breakfast. But the shower and the distance was too much for me, so i moved to another hostel the 2nd day

One thing needs to be improved is their shower room, I don't like it. You have to press it everytime. The Wi-Fi is not stable and slow, I think it's because there were too many people. There are numerous DVDs, if you don't know what to do to kill time. The location is soso, there are not many shops but very close to tube station which is convenient.

This place is a little depressing and smells very bad. I didn't like it too much.

It was horrible!!! I hated the way in which the beds are (tree in each bunk), and I was annoyed all the time for the other backpackers... I couldn't sleep two nights! It was horrible! And the breakfast is really bad quality, you have to wash your diches (but the problem is that in general all the people wash them not very well), etc, etc... Don't go to this place if you don't want to have a bad experience in England.

Nice hostel. Next to the tube station and few supermarkets. Dorm are a bit small for 12 people, but still ok. The private room is good for the price. However, when you stay on 3rd floor, at 6.45am you can hear the music from the toilet which is really loud and wake you up!! This is REALLY ANOYING!! The sound should be lower or the music should start later!! Except of that, it's a really nice place!!

Nothing to say about the hostel. It was exactly what we were looking for during our 3 days trip to London.

Actually for the first sight I really liked the place. For me it had a good location, very close to the tube. I found the people (both the staff and the travellers) very unfriendly, my greetings was poorly welcomed. The music is very loud in the common areas which also makes the communication very hard. It was really positive that the hostel was very clean. I would say it is an avarage hostel.

Everything was fine, thank you! It would be better to perform the bathroom cleaning around noon not in the evening :)

London Backpackers has great location - 153 steps to Tube station and 75 steps from night bus stop :) Rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, lounge is cleaned everyday. Rooms are ok, but a bit too tight. Very good place for a budget stay :)
