Intresting accodation staff have different ways of running things one charges for baggage room one doesn't. The breakfast room is a great idea and the service is amazing would be better if it was open until 10 or 9.30. Over all great accodation not as close to the London eye as the website says thou and is a hassle to find when taking buses after 11:30

Other than the location this hostel wasn't worth it. One shower per floor of 20 people, and it was cold with little pressure. The 12 person bunk room was tiny! Other hostels would have rooms twice the size for that many people. It felt like they were cheap and cut corners. The kettle and stove in the kitchen didn't work( and hasn't for over a month, a long term resident told me). Overall poor experience, wouldn't return

I stayed in the London Eye for five nights and I am not impressed at all. The night shift was a miserable team ..and I was not the only person noticing that. Furthermore, there was only one toilet on the first floor which caused frequent problems. Air circulation in the rooms is dreadful. Imagine 15 people in one room and no window open ....condensation ,smell..than in the morning you go for breakfast and the bread was out of date. not even an apology..it was an unpleasant experience.

My only complaint would be that there was only one shower stall per floor as far as I could see. Additionally, the ventilation system in the rooms needs some improvement because upon waking in the 12 person mixed dorm room I stayed in, I discovered that the window was dripping wet.

As good a combination of third world sleeping conditions and gas station washrooms that I have yet encountered. This experience was plain awful. GO STAY AT THE DORCHESTER!!!

With 3 tier bunks and 15 beds in one room with one tiny window the room smelt damp, breakfast was ok but on weekends because it is so busy if your not there early or are still in line when it ends the cleaner will kick you out to clean up even if you haven't eaten, rest of staff were ok.

does not keep what described, no breakfast just wet toast and two glasses of jam for 100 people, no space, no coffee, no tea, internet hardly accessible in the rooms, toilet paper always empty, unfriendly staff, hardly any comfort, locker room extra charge, no international charging available ...

Terrible naming. The London Eye is a 25 minute walk from the hostel. The London Eye is in fact not even visible from the hostel. The rooms are tiny with far too many people. Triple bunk beds should be reserved for prisons and submarines. Or at least anchored to the wall so it doesn't seem like the oaf on the top bunk is breakdancing all night long. Only one sink per floor and no door. So you have to actively observe the queue of angry brazilians actively observing you as you brush you.

The room was pretty tight, since there were like 10 triple-bulk beds in a small-sized room... and there are not nearly enough toilets and showers (2 showers and 4 toilets for the whole hostel!!) other than that, breakfast was pretty good although early, internet does not work in the rooms, and it can be quite loud in the evenings...

Security - Neighbourhood is very quiet and fierce looking people around. The reception simply let the lugage room open so basically no one guards your things. Location - As said, far off main road. Very hard to walk from bus stop and scary to pass through small and narrow streets. Staff - Absolutely unfriendly and not helpful. Cleanliness - horrible and dirty toilet and floor (mat). Value for money - exactly same money can book four star tripadvisor hostel

I think the staff didn't behave as expected with the public, the guy who was on Sunday when we arrived wasn't pleasant and ither helped us, however the guay at the desk for example on Tuesday night he was very nice and helped us a lot with the issue of transportation. Regarding safety we missed lockers in the rooms to store bags. Finally I want to metion the problem with the toilets. I think it's not normal that almost always the toilet were stuck, it's no nice to find floating under what things

the guy on reception was very rude and unhelpful. He just asked me to pay and that was all. He didn't gave me any paper with the password of the room neither any information about rules and facilities. The common spaces were very dirty.

If the receptionist had showed a bit more interest (or maybe just smiled) I'm sure my first impression would have been a lot better. The room was very very warm and there was only one shower working on my floor.

We were sleeping in room 8 where there was something that was connected to the showers down the hall, it woke us up at 5:30 every morning and wouldn't stop until 1 am. So we didn't sleep much that weekend, and on a city trip your days are busy enough that you need your sleep.

You would definitely appreciate the location as you can get near the Big Ben by walk in couple of minutes and the nearest underground station is also only few minutes from there. The breakfast served in the morning is a nice start of the day and simply equipped kitchen serves for simple cooking. Rooms are simply made and not really spacy in case our room is fully engaged. Besides, it is good enough for a weekend trip:-)
