I had a terrific time at the hostel. The staff were very polite and on several occasions we talked a lot with all the different boys at the reception desk. The rooms were fine as well and there was a spirit of unitedness as I was watching one guest leaving and all the rest hugging and crying for him. Also there is a big TV where you can kill time with new movies on. There was never a queue for the common bathrooms and toilets, which was so nice, too. Internet is a little slow but that's fine too

on room 3 is a lot of fungus at the wall. The ventilation in the showe is very dirty as well.

Very friendly staff. Rooms and facilities are basic but clean. Good location close to the metro. Would definitely stay here again.

At first time, I really worried about everything bcz of poor reviews. But It was Ok. Room was small but it's not that serious problem. But bathroom and shower box are not that clean. Nice staff specially during night time..And..Um..U should pay 1 pound for 1 night for your personal locker.(with 5 pound deposit)

Cool place and close to all major attractions.... Stayed in a few hostels in London and was one of the betters ones
