I basically rented a bedroom in a house for a few nights. The other people there were friendly enough and it's a quick walk down to the Newbury Park Tube Station.

The room was cosy, beds were comfortable, and offers great amount of privacy. Didn't have any trouble asking the reception for any items, as the lady would visit the house in the evening once to check for any items needed to the tenants. The hostel is situated few blocks away from the tube station, and a good 5-10 minutes walk from tube or nearest bus stop.

Everithing was fine except of the staff was not arrond. In fact one woman came the second and the last day to collect the money. We were looking for her twice in her house to ask things, but no one answered even though she said that there is always someone around. I enjoyed the fact that we were alone in the house and could do our things without being observed all the time - I felt like I have a private space and thus the hostel was like home, nevertheless we do needed the staff from time to time
