This was the first time I have used a hostel. I can highly recommend the London House Hotel, the location was excellent, very close to the tube and lots of local restaurants. The London House was clean and comfortable, the only thing I would of liked was another pillow! I would not hesitate to use the hostel the next time we visit London. I thought the hostel was decent, but the double rooms were very small. Good location near the Bayview Tube station, and restaurants. The only other downside was that it was pretty noisy when people are in and out of their rooms (doors banging). I thought the hostel was decent, but the double rooms were very small. It is located in a very nice, safe and beautiful area, very near a subway station!It is a very good place, and staff is very nice on helping us. The room is very small, but it is not a problem if you use it just to sleep. I was very impressed by this hotel, brand new bathroom, mini fridge, all clean and fresh! free internet access in the lounge - very good value for money in an excellent location, just a couple of minutes walk from Bayswater tube, close to shops and restaurants but on a quiet square. Really beautiful hotel/hostel in a nice street. Room was small but nice, clean and new. Staff were mostly nice though the kitchen staff were quite rude. Excellent location and it's nice if you only need room to sleep. But the floor was under maintenance so it wasn't very clean and the room had a window to a corridor, what ment that we never could open it and the internet was too expensive. The staffs are really helpful and sincere. They try to satisfy every requests we made regarding the room facilities and check-in & out matters. However, the room air-conditioners switches off automatically in the small hours of the morning, which made the rooms stuffy and woke us up to switch them on again. The toilets are also not ventilated well. We like the common room which is an excellent place to have some drinks and chat with friends.
