Close to tube station, staff are very kind and helpful. maid service was good, room was clean. Safe area, lots of ethnic restaurants and pubs. We will stay here again.

Our standard room was a bit small but tiny, well furnished and very clean. Good location 100mt from bayswater underground station.

I stayed here with my boyfriend for 5 nights. It was extremely clean, friendly staff, decent-sized bathrooms, in a fun neighborhood (close to Tube), has an elevator, wi-fi in the lounge, and hosts a breakfast. The only downfall that we ran into was that there was no wi-fi in our rooms, only in the lounge. I'd recommend this place to anyone (students, families, couples, etc). Also... comfy bed!

My family and I had a really nice stay at the Hotel. For people looking for a quiet and comfy place at only 20 minutes from Oxford Circus, this place is perfect. The breakfast was nice too, though it wasn't included in the price. I won't hesitate to come another time to this place.

The staff are so helpful, and will help with all problems. This is a very comfortable hotel/hostel, some rooms are very 'tight', on the upper floors the water pressure in the shower is minimal, however the bedding is to die for, very cosy indeed. The location is excellent to two underground stations, as well as some excellent restaraunts in all directions. A nice walk to Portobello markets. The breakfast room no longer has windows, but very modern and efficient and cost effective.

Enjoyed staying there a lot, the location is excellent, the room and the bathroom were very clean, the staff was nice and helpful, and it was very quiet. Strongly recommended if you're not a big hostel type but prefer staying in a hotel instead. It is rather expensive but it's worth the price.

Private bathrooms, great location, fairly expensive but a great option if you're looking for a hotel rather than a hostel environment.

My sister and I stayed one night over New Year and found it a very pleasant place. It is near the underground and easy to find. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room clean and quiet and I would stay there again.

Was dismayed at the size of the room, nigh impossible to squeeze into the shower past the toilet which you almost fell into when alighting from the shower. The trickle of water that dribbled from the shower was barely enough to wash with. The tarrif for the breakfast was unreasonable given the price of the room. For those like myself who can only tolerate tast for breakfast this option wasn't available for a cheaper rate which meant having to seek out even more expensive options elsewhere.

we really liked it... staff was friendly and room was clean; the bathroom was a bit small and in there it was really cold. but for a weekend trip and only for sleeping it was very plesant.
