i haven't rated lower you are the ones who have it overrated. Is company(hostel) without the common standards is a big house being turn into a hostel business without the appropriate investment. The rooms do not look like in the pictures and some rooms are unclean and smelly. The lockers are too small and they have bed bunks behind the doors which clearly violate safety and security policies. they have overloaded the rooms with too many beds to maximize the profits and there's no space walk

security : only a small locker, many police around, some people knock on the window. location : have to walk 10 minutes to get to the station, then long to go to the center of London Staff : ask for money then left, can't give us electricity and water when we arrive. atmosphere : someone in the room next can't stop shouting from 18:00 to 11:00 am. cleanliness : have to wash the dishes before using it. value for money : expensive, always like that in london. facilities : misses some things
