Strange place. Cheap so you don't get anything extra. Common area closes at 11 i think and then its in a weird neighborhood so you don't really want to go out. Owner was friendly but strangely pushy. My sheets had weird stains and my bed was the worst i have stayed in. But of you want cheap it could be worse.

Pathetic place. It's like a school. Too many stupid rules. Very dull. Nothing great. wifi is charged, storing luggage is charged.. Stay away...

Staff speaks a poor english - he kept trying to speak in French with me. Only one shower and toilet (separate) for all the rooms, which means that they were always messy, soaked or dirty. Just one wardrobe for room and lock it was not possible. Location was fine (very close to the train station and a walking distance to the city centre/port) but I don't believe the neighborhood was safe to walk at late night.

There is no reception desk, toilets are not very clean (I saw some cockroaches and discharge 'button' was broken), bathroom is poor equipped, mattress was so thin that i could feel the bed frame!

Triple Bunks too rickety, thin mattresses means you can feel the bars through the bed Even with the 'Shoes Off" rule, the floor was still dusty Fix the locks and doors of the bathrooms Curfew understandable, but unwanted More organised kitchen facilities Cost too much for what was provided. Routinely I have stayed at hostels for 18 euro with better beds, kitchen, facilites, cleanliness, luggage storage. They have too high expectations; it's a hostel, people are going to fool around regardless.

If you're looking for somewhere with a roof and a bed, you've got what you're looking for. Unfortunately, the place is far enough from the city center, and the 11 pm curfew doesn't allow you to go out at night. The installations are okay, but the three floor bunk beds aren't a good idea because you can easily bang your head on the belling when you're on the top bunk. The employee who served us was very kind. Over all, it was fine, but not the best.

Really lovely staff, they were fun to talk to and did whatever they could to make my stay comfortable. The place is just an apartment block- nothing fancy but worth the price. Decent location, one can walk to the port in about 15 to 20 mins, and St Charles Station is just 10 mins away on foot.
