We stayed only one night with two friends. First, we were not located where we expected to as the youth hostel owns several houses (not written on the website). Then, we were given a bed but when we came back, someone had taken my bed and my friend's duvet. It was impossible to be in touch with the staff and when someone came, he didn't care about it. We had to change of bedroom at 1.00 in the morning since there were 15 girls for 14 beds (and we had paid for a 10-bed-room). Not very clean !

The check in lasted one hour however staff was there when we arrived. The private room was located in a different house which was further from the tube. The staying and sleeping in the room was awful because it was directly to the kitchen where was always 3-10 people speaking and listening music loud until 2-3 am. every day. The back door of the house was in one meter where was always smoked some people till late knight so that was also noisy and cold because the open door. Room No. 8.

Worst experience ever in an hostel. Everything was dirty, they changed the destination at the last moment, warning only via e-mail. Waited at least an hour before being attended. Staff unprepared and totally absent: for example they even didn't know which was the free bed in the room.

The hostel was not clean at all, nothing to cook with in the kitchen, only one out of three kitchen was open during the busiest time, I did not get the point of that. No staff at all if you need anything, like matresses that we only got at 5pm, we had to remind the lady on the phone several time to get them. We had to wait 40 min outside under the rain the day we check in before someone came. The lady on the phone isn't nice at all, on the other hand the one doing the check in is trying to help.

They have many buildings in the same street for hostels but only assigned one girl to pick up all the guests, she is doing great job but i still waited in the common room for an hour (better than wait outside). I suggest the management shall employ more staffs. The kitchen is very basic and the common room is quite hot that i don't want to stay. Not much to say, just place for a bed and shower.
