besides being a clean and comfy hostel the staff is super-cool. recycled commodities are extremey cool, too. by far the best hostel we've been in our travels.

It's a nice and comfortable hostel, very close to the train station. Perhaps it's not a good option for solo travelers but for groups of tourists. The owner lady was so amiable and informative with us, I appreciate that. Thanks for your kind attention, hope to return soon to Tartu and stay at Looming's :-) Carlos.

Really nice place to stay. We had a private room for a night. Bit of a walk from the bus terminal, but it was very do-able. Staff were nice, eco friendly set up, would have liked to stay longer to fully appreciate all the details of the place. Did not seem like a backpackers.

Atmospheric hostel with vintage furniture and lots of atmosphere. Good facilities, all environmentally friendly. Good rooms, good showers/ toilets, friendly staff, a 15 min walk to the centre. When the dorms were full I got a reasonably priced private room for the first night, which was excellent.

I am a big fan of this hostel - where other hostels pretentiously pretend to be ethical or eco friendly, this one is the genuine article, and yet remains entirely friendly and unpretentious. Fantastic staff, great facilities.

The normal reception closes at 22, but the staff was kind enough to wait for us until 2am in the morning, which was very nice of them. They were also very helpful and the room was nice.
