The hostel was very very messy. Because of that everything seemed to be dirty. In the evenings it was very loud. If you look for parties and don't mind messy conditions, this hostel is good for you. If not, don't go there.

The hostel and the people there were really really messy. The staff was nice though. Good for people who want to party and do not mind messy conditions.

We stayed for 2 weeks in lords lodge and really enjoyed our stay. The staff was really friendly and helpfull. You have everything you need and the city is close by. It's a good hostel for people in their 20's who like to party now and then. There are good rules too keep the noise to a minimulm. We will miss sangria saturdays!

This was not a hostel. It was a hovel and dive. The place is disgusting. I wouldn't cook for my dog in the kitchen. Long term backpackers treat the place as though they love living in disgusting places. Very disappointed and left after one night and got refunded the rest of my stay. Staff are lovely but have forgotten they are there to run the place not be the friends of those staying!

The Lords Lodge is a place for outgoing people. There is definitely a lot of noise at times but that's to be expected based on the location and atmosphere of the hostel. If you're expecting a quiet and peaceful experience you might want to look elsewhere, otherwise it's is a great place hang out and meet people who are generally nice and welcoming. There are plenty of social activities going on which vary from quiz nights to afternoons out doing something fun, so everybody can get involved!

We were greeted by the guy who runs the hostel, he could not have been nicer or more helpful However we didn't see him again. Kitchen was well stocked but dirty, whole place needs a clean. despite rules saying quiet after 11 there was loud music and shouting going until the early hours. there were no locks on individual rooms and the lockers were to small to fit a much in. The front door was also open most the time meaning anyone could walk in. Also saw a lot of drug use, not our type of people

This hostel is one of those places with subpar facilities but an absolutely awesome atmosphere, if you've ever been to a place like this, you'll know exactly what I mean. Mostly full of long term guests, but they're super friendly if you're just stopping in for a few nights. Definitely a party place on the weekends.

Lot of long-term stayers so not the typical backpackers atmosphere. Place is a bit run down
