One guy at the reception is quite grumpy. Others very friendly! Bit of a funny toilets/showers situation but good enough. Swimming pool is 30 cm deep and smaller than the photo makes it look. My bed felt like I was lying in a hole. Still good enough value for money, and nice people here.
Pool is not really a pool. Staff is quiet and pretty much to themselves. Breakfast is okay. Not too bad not too special.
Decent hostel, good location. Take a room with AC! Weird set up for bathrooms, there are 2 'shower rooms' and 3 toilets in the hostel all separate from each other, spread around the site. Staff are generally nice and helpful although, the young guy with the American accent has no clue about anything. Nice guy though.
The pool is smaller than it looks on the picture. Bus still this hostel is a very good stay in Santa Cruz, nice staff, weel equiped kitchen and clean rooms
Friendly staff , good wifi for Bolivia , good breakfast provided
The French/Bolivian couple who run this place are so friendly
Nice hostel. Good location. Relatively large kitchen. Nice courtyard. Staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed them. Would definitely stay again. Taxi from airport knew the hostel which was a perk. Cost 60 Bolivianos. Good variety of food for breakfast. Not just buns like most places. Had eggs, meat, cheese, yogourt, juice, etc..
Great hostel, ten minute walk to main plaza and all shops etc. Restaurants, shops and newsagents outside the door. staff are really helpful and speak English and French. Tours organised with Nick's adventure tour company. French owner is really lovely. Beds are comfywith extra blankets if u need them. Laundry was a nice surprise- u pay to fill the machine and it's huge so u can share with someone to save and cause its near the rooms U can keep an eye on it and get urstuffdry and packed in oneday
