We arrived on time, but had to be let in by another guest as there were no staff on-site. Someone came shortly after to collect our money. In the next 3 days we did not see one staff member. No one to replace the toilet roll, no one to ask the best way to get to the airport or any local advice. We also had to let in 2 other groups of guest who were trying to check in, but left after waiting around for a while. I wish i did the same.

There is no insight staff, so bring a cell phone. That being said the hotel manger is awesome, he even drove us to the Miraflores locks and gave us some other info. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel

I would definitely recommend this place. I wanted to go fishing one day, so the owner actually drove me forty-five minutes out of Panama City at 7:30 on a Sunday morning. He wanted to help me negotiate a price, so I went fishing with some other people for $40. It was almost a four-hour trip on the Panama Canal. The door guy is also great, very friendly and helpful.

The place was just perfect for what I needed. it's in a great part of town close to good restaurants, casinos with good entertainment, cheap drinks and food, the streets are safe and you can walk to Via Argentina, another great restaurant street in 10 minutes. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, the air conditioning worked well and the staff was very personable.
