L’otel is Sydney’s newest hotel. We are located in the heart of bustling Darlinghurst on the famous Café Strip only steps from Sydney’s great shopping, theatre, nightlife, museums, book stores, art galleries, fashion district and the city centre.
We are only minutes away from Oxford Street, Paddington, Bondi Beach, Double Bay, Fox Studios and 15 minutes from Sydney Airport.
L’otel is a one of a kind intimate boutique hotel that encompasses the very best in modern comfort and sets a new standard for both the leisure and business traveller. Hip, ambient and intimate, L’otel offers genuine service and comfort.
We have 16 stylish guest rooms featuring the finest fabrics and custom designed furniture imported from around the world. All the rooms have remote control colour television with cable access, individually controlled air conditioning and heating, hairdryer and ironing board and iron.
No expense has been spared on the design of the of the guest room interiors and they offer uncomplicated sophistication, sedate and sumptuous in a contemporary atmosphere.
L’otel has up to minute facilities with each guest room having a data port, modem, work desk and phone lines.
Check in time on day of arrival is 2:00 pm and check out on day of departure is 11:00 am, should you arrive earlier we would be more than happy to store your luggage until your room is available on the day as we cannot guarantee early checkin, should your room become available earlier on the day we would be more than happy to check you in earlier.
Please note that any cancellations received more than 72 hours prior to arrival date will not incur a penalty. No shows, or cancellations within 3 days of arrival will be charged cancellation fee equivalent to one’s night accommodation.
