Directions to Lotte - The Backpackers

By Car: Take the A5 from south or north (Frankfurt), exit Heidelberg. Follow the signs to 'Altstadt/Schloss' (oldtown/castle), then the directions for parking deck 12. That´s where you can park the car (12 € a day). Or park in P11 for 2,50 € over night (7 minutes to walk). Lotte is opposite the 'Kornmarkt'-exit.

From the main station by bus: Take bus No 33 (from the 'Burger-King'-side of the station towards 'Köpfel/Ziegelhausen'). This line takes you for 1,10 € straight to Lotte in about 15 minutes (leaves every 20 minutes during the day). Your stop is 'Rathaus/Bergbahn' after a 15 minutes ride. It´s only about 20 meters to 'Lotte' from there. Take the first possible turn to the right. It´s the alley which leads up to the castle (cobblestones). 2nd house on the left. You can´t miss it.
