One of the best hostels I've stayed in! Cant recommend it enough, best location, staff were so friendly and bathrooms and bedroom were very clean, beds were also really comfortable. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Heidelberg!

This is my second time staying at this hostel and I absolutely LOVE it!! The staff is beyond friendly and helpful, great locker space and decent beds. Would recommend this place to anyone!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lotte. The location was central but quiet too. The rooms were comfortable, although sharing a bathroom in the morning can be a waiting game. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming and our room was comfortable. The hostel had it's own unique charm and character that made it nicer than any other hostel we have stayed at, it was a shame they were booked out the next night otherwise we would have stayed there again.

We spend a nice night in the hostel which has a good laction at the end of the old town. The room was very nice as was the kitchen (there are 2 place for breakfast I'm refering to the one in the top floor) and the bathroom.

It felt just like home! There was a free breakfast included and even tea and coffee whenever you felt like it.

Very lovely hostel and situate just right by the place to go up to the castle and the old part of the city :)

The nicest hostel we stayed at in Europe (of 12). Small and cozy atmosphere with a great location and very helpful staff. The location couldn't be better (close to castle and close to bus stop). Great place!

Hard to fault in any way. Brilliant location, spotlessly clean, very helpful staff, and great kitchen facilities. I've stayed at plenty of hostels and this is one of the best.

I strongly recommend this Hostel! Carmen is a perfect hostess and her staff is very kind! The location is great just beside the Castle and the TownHall (Market Place) in the Old Town. Go and stay there!
