I only stayed 2 nights but the hostel was quite good! The staff were really friendly and helpful to answer\help with anything. Location great - below the castle and walking distance to everything and bus stop close by to get to further away places.

I would definitely stay at this hostel again. I was there two nights and was comfortable the whole time. Free cereal and milk and tea in the kitchen was nice. Very small, though, and not much interaction between guests. The staff was sweet and helpful. Was careful leaving things around though - definitely put everything in the locker because anything on your bed is fair game - very little security coming into the hostel and roommates often left the bedroom door unlocked. Perfect location.

Excellent place to stay in Heidelberg. The staff is very kind and everything, from reception to kitchen and bathroom has a superb design which definitely surpasses any other regular hostel. They even do the dishing for you! Highly recommended.

It's a very nice, clean, cosy hostel that is close to all the major sights and bars. The staff are super friendly. Would definitely recommend staying there. Only idea for improvement: maybe one could organise events in the evenings for the hostel guests, e.g. cooking together, games night or going out together. But other than that it was a really inviting hostel!

Carmen is a really warm hostess and so her team. it feels like you are staying at someone's home. The kitchen and sitting area are warm and cosy. The room had an odd smell but that was possibly because it was cold and wet season. Carmen gives excellent tips on what to do and how to go about. I loved my conversations with her. Also she had some food kept for us to eat if we wanted, and it was vegetarian so it felt awesome. :-). Very clean, warm and cosy shower and toilet.
