the Lotus Lodge would be very nice to stay at if the owners do improvement. the rooms were very dark needed to be painted the grounds were nice the food was ok it just needs a touch ups. and the staff could stand to have more training. the neighbors down from us maybe two rooms were fighting very loud and it took a while before the staff took care of it. so staff really could stand more training, on what to do in times of problems with people fighting.so overall the Lotus Lodge could be nice.

Horrible place!! Nothing like the pictures online. Water smell awful, rooms are old and not clean. The place has no manteinance and breakfast is poor. For the price they charge you can find something better in the city! Do not stay here!!

The safe in the room wasn't working. The shower was very week. However, the rooms were clean and there was daily room service to make the beds and provide fresh towels. Staff were friendly and helpful. It's not in central Siem Reap, but it is nice to be in a quiet area. There are always Tuk Tuks available outside. The lodge provides free bikes, which we used. They were in terrible condition and we had to get the tyres pumped up, although the lodge did pay.

The guesthouse was really quite and we really enjoy the swimming pool and the excellent food of the restaurant. However, the room was very dark and the bathroom was not clean at all. We stayed 2 nights in this guesthouse.

Really nice pool and chill out area. Liked the room setting but the room was basic. Staff were great but we were woken up on different occasions by very noisy cleaning staff and we're not picked up from the airport on arrival due to an apparent change in email account, which is poor. But overall we enjoyed our stay!

One major negative: they ignored 6 emails about airport pickup and we were left at airport at 2am with no "free pickup." Not acceptable. They have also removed the free tuktuk rides to town which were a great idea due to the location being out of the town. Apart from this and overall pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and rooms/pool clean. Upkeep and service around pool could be improved but we enjoyed our 7 nights. I'd recommend if they can be bothered to honour their free airport pickups.

This place is a real Gem! Awesome pool and restaurant/lounge with a great atmosphere, food and staff. A wonderful place to hang out after resting from seeing the Angkor Watt Temples!
