Excellent place, not the cheapest one, not in the exact center of the town, but very clean, comfy and stylish rooms with all needed facilities, very relaxing pool/restaurant area, helpful staff and free bicycles, which make the more remote (very peaceful) location no issue at all.

This place was a super spot to spend a few days in Siem Reap. We went out to see the temples for a couple days and the Lodge organized our tours and planned everything! Very good value for money. The room price included free pick up at bus stop, breakfast, bikes, and also transport into down town pub street area.

I can't say anything about the hostel, because when my family and me arrived there, they were full, though we had booked nearly four months in advance! And we are not the only ones who were turned away. The manager organized us another "hostel", but it was more a construction site, very far away from the city. Unfortunately, every other hostel was fully booked, because of CNY. It seems a little bit like, that the staff there takes every booking and "sells" the clients to other hostels.

they forgot to pick us up at the airport and we need to find a place to buy SIMS to call them. Also need to wait another 30 mins....long delay. I could not say much of the hostel because they relocate us to other hotel because of the repairment issue.. The only good thing is away from busy area and river (no mossi).

I thought I recieved a great deal at the Lotus Lodge. I was picked up at the bus station for free and brought to the hotel. The rooms were clean and basic. The water was hot in the shower and toiletries and complimentary bootles of water were provided. The pool was just perfect. During the day there is free transportation to the downtown market area and they give you a cell phone that you can use to call for a ride back. I was very impressed with the level of service.

the electric went out while i was eating dinner and the staff gave us some candles which attracted insects who took over the table and forced us to move. considering the area has frequent power outages a backup plan should be established for this scenario. the restaraunt staff was very polite, kind, and apologetic, however they were also extremely understaffed and it took an hour for dinner to be served. the aircon in the room also didn't work. the pool is very nice and the staff are very nice.

Super cool place to stay in Siemreap! The pool was an absolute oasis after an exhausting day in the heat. Good food at the poolside restaurant and nice staff. If you want a clean and relaxing place to stay this is it. They have a lookout tower too wwhere we had some beers and just chilled. I think we could even see the angkor temples from there too. Recommend.

Hotel with nice pool and nice and clean rooms. Also the tower you can go up to is really nice and something unique. An annoying thing was the wireless internet which didn't work half of the time and if it worked it was often really slow. And we had bad luck with one of the tuk tuk drivers the hotel organized for us for a daily tour: in the middle of the tour he wanted us to pay more for the trip than what we agreed with the hotel. But hopefully this was just an exception...
