If the cleanliness of the rooms and reception with entry have very to charm, the continuation breaks all. Coldness and impoliteness at the time of the breakfast m' shocked (one never presented a table and it was necessary to ask oneself of the coffee). With the swimming pool, the quality of the mattresses and sunshades are deplorable (dirty) and there too the personnel is bad (it m' sometimes was necessary to wait 15 minute to have my drink…)

everything was great until we went to check out and the desk clerk refused to honor the exchange rate that we had booked the hotel at on hostelworld.com. at first he said he accepted american dollars but 3 minutes later changed his mind when i tried to pay according to the rate i booked online. after a HUGE hassle i ended up paying in egyptian pounds, but was not pleased and would not return under any circumstances. Awesome pool. Laundry service was quick - 4hr turnaround at a reasonable price. Good location near Nile, luxor temple, and shopping/food. Balcony nile view for every room. Nice breakfast was included.

In advance, by mail to Walid, we order a 5 bed family room, a pickup at the airport and booked train tickets to luxor. At arrival everything was perfect and to a fair price. Thankyou Walid, from the danish family.

The pool was wonderful, the staff very helpful, and the efforts made by the woman who cleaned and tidied our room were unsurpassed. The best hotel we stayed in in Egypt. The only weak point was the food which was a little bland.
